Wegen dem Kepi blanc würde mich eines interessieren.
Zum einen ist mein Eindruck, das Kepi blanc ist nicht einfach nur irgendein Ausrüstungsgegenstand, sondern es bedeutet dem Fremdenlegionär etwas. Er ist stolz darauf und trägt es mit Würde. Man bekommt es wohl auch nicht am ersten Tag.
Wenn das Kepi blanc überreicht wird, nimmt dann der Fremdenlegionär es aus den Händen des Gebers und setzt es sich dann selbst auf oder wird es ihm vom Geber aufgesetzt?
Diese Frage mag Sie vielleicht überraschen, aber wenn Sie sie mir trotzdem beantworten würden, wäre ich Ihnen sehr dankbar.

what happens if during the first 4 months in the legion, during basic training a candidate is injured during exercises?
in this case he is eliminated or given treatment by the legion and after he recovers he goes on?

To my knowlege he will return after recovered. Ofcourse if after that injury still causes problems in training he will be out.
