i had high hopes for the strawberry ones and i just thought they were average. i love a popeyes biscuit on its own, but something about the fruit added to it didn’t work. maybe there wasn’t enough strawberry in it so it just tasted like a biscuit with a slight touch of strawberry. i was wanting to be able to taste the strawberry more.

I haven't had the chocolate chip biscuit, but the regular biscuits are absolutely the WORST! I love their chicken a lot, but hate their bread hockey pucks.
I still like Popeyes Biscuits, but they were far superior back in the '80s & '90s. The biscuits, back then, melted in the mouth every time. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Popeyes used to make its biscuits from scratch. I know that they aren't as good as they used to be.
They need to bring back their chocolate beignets and keep them on the menu
