For Yor, this was never about trying to win at tennis. This was about her trying to prove herself worthy. And Loid just wasn't picking up on it. For being a genius spy, he's incredibly blind at reading people sometimes.
He only understands things through his spy work. He can also only read people he going against, or he doesn't personally know; if he knows you, and you're not a foe, he's completely clueless.
The Zacharis secret at the end is likely parodying idol photocards, which is totally a real thing in K-pop, where physical albums have random photocards of idol group members that fans collect and trade.
This episode might be the firs time Yor want and expected something for herself; even since she an Yuri were children all Yor did was to take care people, never really expecting anything from others.
From what I understood, the pictures might have been creepy to the guy's wife since they were focused on young women, but they were not inherently dirty enough to be worthy blackmail. They were just promotional pics and plenty of people would have had them.

They both have agreed on this marriage and even Yor herself brought the idea of continuing it after the interview. She has no reason to be this insecure if they are NOT lovers. Yes, she is replaceable, but think about it, the marriage was a contract from the start, it's not a lifetime commitment. She should already be prepared for this outcome if in case it comes sooner. Also, I find it hard to take pity on her if all she's thinking about is how it will make her brother worry. Once again, Loid should not have been obligated to act as an actual lover because as far as he knows, Yor also understands that this marriage is contractual only. If the marriage required him to act as an actual lover would, he would've undertaken the whole situation differently. This is made clear in the next episode [spoilers] where Loid decides to take the lover role more seriously as he thought that Yor has actually DEVELOPED feelings for him.

Most People dont seem to get how much that kind of stuff can mess up your inner balance and outer perception of thinks. in this episode it was extra stated how tired he. So i think people should cut him some slack if he isnt able to recognize emotional ques from Yor or even how his own feelings are about his family.

He can only read the thoughts, feelings, etc. of people he doesn't personally know, or are "Bad Guys" (as Anya puts it) and femme fatales. He can't read "past friendship, comradery, and maybe a parent-child relationship" if its anyone else, especially those he (unknowingly) cares/worries about. Like I said before, "Loid" is an interesting spin on the protagonist that clueless when it comes to romance and/or love."
