"Our men are running from the battlefield! Shameful display!"- Virtual advisor for Total War: Shogun 2.
This game is so incredible.
It's a blast! Thanks for watching, Caesar!
SgtMaj. Grape as recognizable as always. God save Ireland!
He's definitely recognizable, he's one of my oldest friends in the WoR community

@@GeneralCodyHD Hope to see you too general
Great vid mate and God bless the Confederacy
Boshin War with this game would be so cool, you'd have this same period but with Samurai and set in Japan
Great Video Cody!
Thanks Etchy!
Another awesome intro from Cody love it man!
Thanks Milk!
How much do you gotta spend on a PC to play this game?
Dixie Rand
Whoa! You actually catch a glimpse of the bullet, that possibly kills the guy to your left, on a few frames in the center of the screen at 6:42. That's wild.
Pretty dope!! I think the smoke and lighting helped give some contrast. Hope you’re doing well Bud, good to see you again.
@@GeneralCodyHD Doing good man. Thanks for asking. Ive been enjoying the uploads-good to see you back on TH-cam brother.
Imagine if the developers who made this game made a napoleonic version, the gameplay and cinematic potential would be insane!
There goes the entire EU community if that happens lol
@@resngaming2640 sacrifices sometimes must be made
American Revolution aswell
Aim small miss small
lmao , reroadddd !!!!
whatever happened to the "Burnside's Bridge" map on WoR? Is that still in the game? I haven't played the game in forever, just curious.
There’s a lot of maps that don’t get played very often.
It’s still around. For sure not a hot choice for event battles unfortunately.
The Yankee fears the Samurai.
Ironically the union and csa did show up to Japan to do a couple naval battles. No idea wtf the csa went to Japan for and why the union boat chased them that far
Never knew that! Really interesting.
Are you talking about the CSS Alabama and the battle of Shimonoseki Straits? It was commerce raiding in the Pacific (mostly in the South, and the Confederate Captain complained upon not being able to find many Union merchantmen that the US was letting Europeans dominate global and specifically Asian trade at the expense of American interests), and US squadrons were hunting for it, but they couldn't find it didn't actually engage any CSN ships off Japan. A lot of CSN commerce raiders were built in European ports and sent out from them with Southern crews without first heading to America and would roam around trying to find Union shipping since breaking the blockade was a waste of time.
The battle off Japan was between the USS Wyoming and the Choshu clan fleet as part of during a diplomatic crisis that resulted from the Japanese Emperor's expulsion order and Daimyos rising up in open rebellion against the Shogun. Which is to say that Union sailors and Marines were engaged with actual, literal samurai while the Draft Riots were being put down and the 54th were on their fateful march to Battery Wagner
@@freedmen123 whyd the union fight choshu rebels.
@@jason200912 Because the Choshu rebels were randomly firing on any foreign ship and had been doing so for a fortnight in an attempt to enforce the expulsion order, including the American merchant steamer Pembroke
