We have laws because we can never, ever know what's in someones heart. And clearly what Khabib did was against the law irrespective of what his feelings were. And this is from someone who is a Khabib fan and intensely dislikes the kind of trash talking Conor did or this fight.
You call what Connor said trash? Did you listen to him? Imagine someone who insults: your religion, your father, your way of life... And fans of his just cheering?! Dude! I think Loma is right.
Laws must be fair. And to judge him at this stage requires that extreme (personal) trash talking be eliminated. Trash talking makes things exciting but don't go after people's families man, that ain't good sportsmanship.
