AT 0:48 there is footage of a Beckman Spinco L7 series fuge. I worked at Beckman Spinco when that series of ultracentrifuges was introduced as a lower cost version of the L8 series of ultracentrifuges. I tested thousands of L7 and L8 fuges and went on to service many of them still running 4o years after they were manufactured.
