🍔 This is our Coleman grill. It was gifted to us and we have loved the life out of it! 🍔 They don't make the exact same grill anymore but this is the closest replacement. It comes with it's own stand so you don't need a table at all! Affiliate link amzn.to/3z1A2X4
Why did they splice the solar panels like that? There are adapters readily available which would have made that type of splice not required. The effort just looks so amateurish.
Agreed. I was super upset, I mean they even told us they were waiting for parts and a kit. I'm not sure what "kit" they meant considering it literally is just the panel, a barrel splice, and some heat shrink.
Another question I had was is there even a diode between the panels, I am guessing that it's built into the panel but I'll have to look up Furrion's specs to see.
Back in the day when I built an array for Off-Grid farming purposes I had a diode to prevent the batteries from back feeding the panels. I put one on every panel as opposed to a single one on the inverter. From the googleing I just did it looks like they put the diodes in the connectors. What I didn't know was if the one set of diodes in the connectors at the roof entry point can safely handle both panels. There would have been another set of diodes if A&L didn't cut the connectors off to splice the panels in. I have an email out asking that question to tech support to see if it's ok. Also we have a 460 amp hour epoch battery, but you are probably right about wanting another but we'll see lol.

The table came with the Brinkley, but we use this griddle on the back patio counter for our epic pancake breakfast 🥞
