I opened a shop and organised the electrician's 3 months in advance. They still rocked up 5 days late, then ordered the stuff they needed and had to come back the next weekend to do the work. That delayed the epoxy floor by two weeks so we ended up opening 4 weeks late which isn't too bad but still not great.
Coffee vans are a different coffee model, there is always compromise in the machine, the grinder and the power available for the equipment that can be used. And making coffee outdoors the environment is so important to the coffee extraction and maintaining consistency

This is a great series however done in the wrong place… You should focus on the road while you’re driving. Too many traffic accidents happened in Australia recently and too many lives was lost 😞 everyone of us should be more careful on the road🥲 Anyway thanks for sharing the knowledge 🙌
