Brilliant! Very candid explanation of the detailed planning of opening (any) business, and the hard work that goes into it. Your philosophy for making customers happy and coming back (building the base) is applicable to any business -- and not a done deal, but requiring a constant application of various well-applied skill sets from managers and staff. I think correct evaluation of the customer base in an area is a vital, and perhaps difficult, first step. Look forward to the next episode. Sydney's quite a haul from your location. Big territory!

A mobile coffee van is my goal 👍
Maybe both a shop and a van... Idk. I'm a long ways away. I've only been a barista for 6 months.
    Ay, love your channel. Cheers!

I opened a shop and organised the electrician's 3 months in advance. They still rocked up 5 days late, then ordered the stuff they needed and had to come back the next weekend to do the work. That delayed the epoxy floor by two weeks so we ended up opening 4 weeks late which isn't too bad but still not great.

What about starting a mobile coffee van? Wanting to offer the best quality and non generic coffee

Coffee vans are a different coffee model, there is always compromise in the machine, the grinder and the power available for the equipment that can be used. And making coffee outdoors the environment is so important to the coffee extraction and maintaining consistency

@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters completely understand. Wanting to offer the best coffee experience taking into account variants in weather etc. is there a machine you could recommend? Would Artisti have any blends that would work in a van environment?

This is a great series however done in the wrong place…
You should focus on the road while you’re driving.
Too many traffic accidents happened in Australia recently and too many lives was lost 😞 everyone of us should be more careful on the road🥲
Anyway thanks for sharing the knowledge 🙌
