Driving through Washington some years ago on a stretch of road that was elevated above the surrounding farm fields. A crop duster came by and flew parallel to the road, at about the same height of it. The pilot turned and waved as I looked straight across at him in the cockpit. I’ve never forgotten how cool that moment felt.

Watching this vid may use realize how much the girls have grown. We remembered when we met you guys at the Tampa RV show several years ago.
For anyone on here who has not met you guys in person, we are here to tell them that this family is genuine, warm and friendly just like in the vids.

Tears of joy running down my face. As a Dad of two now grown and gone daughters, I truly love what you're doing. At first, I felt regret that I didn't do this with them, but I was wrong. I did give them this adventure. As a retired soldier, my daughters did experience some amazing things. Kayaking the Cumberland Falls, Mt. Rushmore, Garden of the Gods. Thank you

One thing I like about your videos is that you actually do stuff and not spend half your life selling products. We went through Idaho this summer and you make us want to go back. One of the cool shots was when you did your drone and it got the kayaks and the school of fish. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

We have those kayaks, and what we do to keep that water out is go to Lowes and get one of those big brown sponges and keep it down by your feet. Once the water gets in, the sponge soaks it up, and then just strain the sponge out back in the water and repeat as necessary.
Also, we bought about 20 feet of bright orange 550 cord and a cheap carabiner for each kayak and tied it to the front of the kayak. When we stop to have lunch, we wrap that 550 cord around "a rock or something" (see if you caught that military pun) and clip the carabiner on the 550 cord so it doesn't float away.

#2 with some filtering of sun glare. I think I like the wispy hair with the sun bleeding through the strands of hair but lose the dividing sun streak. Love the pond shot over the river shot . Tree line so much more crisp. The girls are beautiful

    # 1 To much hair action in # 2. Background on both are amazing. My bride ( of 34 yrs. ), and yes I still call her my bride. We are planning a 4 month long road trip out west in a couple of years from GA. Bride asked me about Idaho and I said why, flat land and a bunch of potatoes. Boy did you prove me wrong. Now we have to go there. I love your style of travel because we did a 1 month long road trip this past Oct. around the East coast. From Ga. to Nashville, Niagara Falls, New Hampshire and back home. Some certain spots to see but took the time to find things along the way. Most of the things we found along the way were the best parts of our trip. 2 of our favorites unexpected stops were Mark Twain House & Museum and the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. Took us an entire week to get thru Ohio, so much history there around Dayton and the Wright Brothers. Also in the area is the National Museum of the United States Air Force, a must see but it will take an entire day to see all of it. Well worth the time. Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the Ledges walk is worth the trip alone but there is more. We love you take the time to smell the roses along the way and take the beauty in that nature has given us. Love your content and the videos you give us are amazing. Safe travels and may some of your unexpected journeys be your most memorable as they were for me and my bride.

A little late to the party on this one. Of the hundreds of times I have been in Stanley I have never see those areas. Most of my time has been past the dredge ponds towards a place called Torry's. Our family has a cabin up there, but I may need to think about hitting the camping areas just for a change of pace. I have never been a fan of Craters of the Moon, last time we tent camped there it was miserable for us. Being an Idaho native I do enjoy hearing what visitors think of the state and what hidden place some may not know of.

I've been subscribed to your channel for a couple of years now and have always been amazed that you didn't have more subscribers than you do. I watch a LOT of RV/Travel YT videos and have to say yours is by far the most incredibly cinematic of them all. Grats on hitting 50k subscribers, well deserved!
Regarding the crop duster, I used to live in the Skagit Valley in western Washington, very much farm country, knew a pilot who was a crop duster (his name was Walter, but everyone called him Waldo, after Waldo Pepper). He flew out of a tiny little single dirt strip landing field just a mile or so from where the chemicals he sprayed were delivered by rail cars to a feed mill, then delivered to his plane. I once watched a crop duster along US 20 between Burlington, WA and Anacortes, WA spraying a field bounded along the highway by a double row of high power lines maybe 50-100 feet apart from each other, and the pilot (don't think it was Waldo, but it might have been), was flying over the top of the power lines closest to the highway and UNDER the power lines further from the road. He was approaching the power lines at a very steep angle of descent, looked for sure like he was going to nose-plant between the two sets of power lines, but as soon as he cleared the tops of the first set of lines, he'd pull up and level out to cross under the second set, already releasing his load, as the crops grew right up to the edge of the power lines closest to the highway. I was not alone in pulling off the highway onto the shoulder to watch this aerial acrobat do his work and I even walked out into the area of the field between the two sets of power lines to make sure my eyes weren't fooling me. They weren't. I didn't have my camera with me at the time (unusual for me at the time, mid-80's), but others did and I'm sure they got some GREAT shots. Granted, crop duster planes are small and light, very agile, but even so, their pilots are true masters of their machines. It's a dangerous job, nonetheless...

Between my mom, dad and I we caught our limits and there were 4 different species of trout, rainbow, cutthroat, brook and brown, and my dad said his lure got struck by a salmon but didn't hook it. Beautiful area to spend several days. Little Redfish Lake was so clear, they're several different type of fish in the water. Most common White Sucker, Cutthroat Trout or Kokanee Salmon. Taking a break with donuts, and coffee on the water in your kayaks.....is what I call living life with nature. It's very relaxing! I'd have to purchase a local/state fishing license, and fish on that lake if it's allowed.😊 Can you picture cooking fresh fish on your grill/smoker?
I like both selfie pics, my favorite #1.

Fresh fish on the smoker is amazing! The girls have caught and gutted their own fish and then smoked it with me on the GMG. Coffee and donuts floating around the lake that morning was surreal. We were the only ones there. Looking forward to finding many more places like that this year!

You think that's awesome, y'all gotta go to Ft. Myers Florida on U.S. 41 at Page Field Airport. The planes land crossing 41 dropping down like stones just after the fence. If you hit it just right with your windows down you get the rush of hot air right through your windows because the planes are only 30 to 40 ft off the ground. The small jets are the best to give you that super thruster air bubble. Next time you're in Florida give it a try. And if it's winter when you're there, Manatee Park is just off I-75 right after the Caloosahatchee River bridge (East Ft. Myers - LaBell exit). The park offers kayaking on the Orange River which is where the FPL hot water turbine outlet is and a big hangout for the manatees when it's under 65▪F. I think y'all will get a kick out of it and then there's Sanibel shelling and the Ding Darling Wild Life Refuge which is one of the very few unspoiled undeveloped natural habitats that very few ever get to see or enjoy, just wear plenty of skeeter spray and plenty of Avon skin so soft for the no-seeums.

Hi! Thank you for an amazing video and sharing your adventures. You warm my heart with the generosity you show by filling my eyes with astounding beauty and my soul with joyful peacefulness. It has been too long since I've dipped my paddle, but we are trying to adjust that reality.
Both photos have their merits, so I can't decide :-)! We have done a few "floor reconstructions" over our long rv travels, both from blowouts and one with a TPM (tread flew off, but tire was still inflated). This led my husband to put steel plating under the rv where the tires could do the most damage. Grand Design does that now, but we missed the window as we have a 2019 Imagine. Thanks again from Magnolia, TX.

The best photos you can take in that area are at night. It is the only International Dark Sky Reserve in the country. The Milky Way is amazing! Redfish Lake is my favorite place to camp. ✨

    Barbi and I have
been following you guys since we met you in Jacksonville several years ago along with LJMJ. For me, this was one of your best videos. We especially enjoyed all of them along the Oregon Coast but the images of central Idaho, the beautiful water and the Sawtooth Mountains were just stunning. We're headed to your home state of Maine for our big trip this year. Stay safe and keep the beautiful images coming.
