I like to fry my eggs on low heat for a long time so that the bottom can get super super crispy without me worrying that it will burn. When I think it’s crispy enough then I will put a lid on top of the pan so I can steam the top of the egg:)

@@dannl Ah thanks. I just wanted to make sure before I buy, they look really good, (I was looking for an instant ramen with a proper sauce instead of the watery soup) but if they were as spicy as the Balduk ones I wouldn't be buying them. Those are completely inedible for me.

It has a savory taste, and is only a little bit sweet for me. It’s hard to describe the sauce flavor because it is from Black bean. It’s unique but good

@@dannl Actually there is a little difference between North East Indian and Indian people because we North East Indian people eat like fermented fish, bamboo shoots and a lot of things and people of India don't eat....so I guess you won't get it in that restaurant, you'll find only Indian foods like Butter naan, chicken Butter, samosa's etc. If you want to know the recipe of my traditional food then you can tell me 😊
I still remembered the first time i tried jajang instant noodle, it was soooooooo not delicious 😫😫..it was bland unappetizing..The pack was green one.. I'm so traumatized by it.. Im often watched vids abt Jajangmyeon so i thought it definitely good but nah😞😞
