Absolutely doing this right now. I must say Ram sir , I love your extremely short video. They are so well paced. I love these last 10 videos for sure. Keep doing the good work. Also remember what maybe basic for some is a boon for others.
Also you can use... Shape Crop under the Crop section...there you can crop a picture by choosing a shape and then you just have to adjust in a right place 👍
May I ask if you can tell me how to rotate the image within the shape? We used to be able to do that in cropping mode but that feature has disappeared? How can I rotate the picture within the shape? For instance if I wanted the ladys head to tilt 30 degrees to the right?
If you go to Format Shape, and Picture Fill options, you can find a tick box titled Rotate with shape. If you turn that off, the picture remains stationery even if the shape is turned. This is the closest I could find to the feature you are referring to...
Sure Nirmal, we've discussed more methods in our other video on 5 ways to crop pictures. You could also just use the shape as a guide to crop the image using shape intersect option. Putting picture into shape allows you to create templates with animation. Thus, by changing the image, you don't end up losing the animation.
Great tutorial Rangopal. You are indeed a guru! There's a wonderfully cool/simple way to do this that accommodates even more editing options. Reply hi and I'll share a link. Cheers
Doesn't work. I can't find "Format A Picture." I can't get the picture rounded. I used to use powerpoint a lot and took a class on it and it wasn't this difficult. No crop option either.
I totally agree that we can crop and adjust after inserting a picture into shape. But, most of the time, you end up eye balling the picture for its correctness rather than being precise. The method I suggested helps you be precise more easily. You would notice this more in precise technical drawings. However, thank you for bringing the point up.

Thank you! I've been fighting with a shape for so long looking for the solution and you've nailed it!!
Was excited to try it in word and it's the same process! Yayyy! Thanks again Ramgopal!

Love your tutorials! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!
Thanks for watching! Appreciate the ♥
Thank you! Unbelievable that we have to go to these lengths for such a simple thing, though. But thank you!
It takes Hard work to be a Boss. Good job.
Thanks for video, I just want to know how to edit after placing the picture in clipboard shape. example compressing image size 150/90,
Also you can use... Shape Crop under the Crop section...there you can crop a picture by choosing a shape and then you just have to adjust in a right place 👍

Wow very simple to do but very important to look beautiful. Thank you so much Sir
Most welcome 😊
Thank you, this is helpful
I've been to this video many times. Thank you!
Thanks Ram - your Mastery class is fantastic and One Of A Kind, but it’s always important to remember and practice “The Right Way”🎉
Genius! This worked, thank you! (I'm not a bot, lol!)
Thank you! Perfect Explanation. Works 100%

Thank you sir! All this time I was do it wrong and the result was awful. Your method is brilliant.
Absolutely AWESOME!! Thank you so much for helping me in gaining competencies for work 💕
If I do that the image quality gets really bad... is there some work around?
I believe this might be the same process in ms word? Thanks for these videos! I needed to remember the proper way to do these things.

lol you genius 😂😭 Why don't i discover your video sooner. Hours of changing offset of the picture when insert to shape has been wasted.
Thank you!❤
Thank you!
Thank you a lot!
So amazing
i would do the same step but just simple use the "intersect" option under merge shape when i overlap the photo
Can we also put the image in placeholder alternatively?
thank
Thanks Ram, Great.
Thanks for listening
Thank you sir you are great
Thanks
Welcome
Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Hello! The quality of the image when I feel the shape worsens dramatically. Do you know how to deal with that?
Or, instead of those 20 steps. Just click Crop after you've added the image and you can resize it and reposition it within the frame. That works too 🙂
Very nice.....👍👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Very helpful
Thanks Sir

dear Ram, can you find the tutorial where a flash runs across a picture in a slide
Though alternative ways are there but putting into shape is always useful

is this version free ? if yes how to get it

How do you do it in the browser?
Thanks Sir, your voice is similar to Amit sengupta ( Geography Teacher)
Thanks! Hope that is a complement!
Sir mere laptop k power point me export to gif ka option nahi hai wo kaise add karte hai
Export to Gif is available in PowerPoint 365 version. If you are not seeing it, do check for updates.
Doesn't work. I can't find "Format A Picture." I can't get the picture rounded. I used to use powerpoint a lot and took a class on it and it wasn't this difficult. No crop option either.
Can you create a rubber stam stamping animation for us please
Isn't using placeholder more easy and comfortable
That's another way for sure. Just different ways to perform the same task.
how about PowerPoint mobile :llll
ffs, powerpoint sucks to much, in Keynote it's like 2 clicks.
powerpoint is so horrible
Sir, I never expected this kind of immature tutorial from you. You can crop, adjust and do many things once you inserted the picture in shape itself.
I totally agree that we can crop and adjust after inserting a picture into shape. But, most of the time, you end up eye balling the picture for its correctness rather than being precise. The method I suggested helps you be precise more easily. You would notice this more in precise technical drawings. However, thank you for bringing the point up.
