Blitz knew it was possible for Stolas to get hurt, but I don't think he knew Stolas could get *hurt* . Emotionally hurt. Maybe its just something he never thought about because of how he perceives Stolas.

If you look at Striker's guns when they get there barrels chopped off, you can actually see a glowing white goo, implying that angelic weapons are either forged or infused with some angelic essence, this angelic essence is likely extracted from angelic spears (and other heaven crafted weapons) that are used by the exorcists in Hazbin Hotel during extermination day, in the Hazbin Hotel pilot, you literally see demons picking the angelic spears off the ground, probably because it sells for a lot of money on the black market for even in hell it's probably illegal to own angelic weapons. Stella having a lot of money was probably able to obtain these weapons off the black market and give them to striker to allow him to do his job
