Honestly, Bee is my new favorite character in the show. She's one of the Seven Deadlies, clearly encourages gluttony and overindulging, but she is also a genuinely nice person who encourages Loona to have a good time and shows real concern when things get out of hand. 15:54 Loona is the type of personality that needs to know someone there to feel comfortable coming out of their shell. Remember, she doesn’t have any friends until she meets Tex, she likely had a childish idea of maybe eventually ending up with him if she could be cooler than his girlfriend (total speculation) but then not only is his girlfriend freaking Beelzebub, her first interaction with her is to say something embarrassing. As she doesn’t know anyone else there and she’s now humiliated herself (in her opinion) she’s ready to give up as she feels she’ll be a wallflower compared to Bee. But her mood changes when another hellhound notices her and makes the first move, giving her a confidence boost to try again when she realizes she actually is welcome. Blitz being there and being popular also gives her a confidence boost because she knows he has her back and she can look cool by association. TLDR: Loona sucks at making the first move at getting to know her peers, Blitzo’s friends approaching them gave her another chance.
You know what’s brilliant about this episode? Dogs are known to eat whatever food is placed in front of them. And once they start eating, they don’t know when to stop. So, it makes sense for the Queen of Gluttony, and her guests, to be dogs. Because they’re prone to overeating.
I remember thinking "No, that can't be Beelzebub!" over and over as soon as I saw her. Don't get me wrong, I actually LOVE her. The design is awesome, the voicework was amazing, I love it. And I also remember Cartoon Universe making a video months ago about how Beelzebub enslaved the Hell Hounds. Yeeeeah... no. this episode was held back largely because of legal issues regarding Kesha, the voice of Beelzebub. she wrote the song, and was originally meant to perform it as well, but because of legal complications with Kesha's record label and legal team, they had to get another singer to do it. the reason it took so long to resolve was because Kesha was already in the midst of a legal battle.
Two things: 1. Read the credits and you’ll know exactly who Vivziepop got for Queen Bee. I hope we see her again in the future. 2. Blitz’s comments at the end refer back to his bad trip in Season 1 Episode 6. Loona never showed up during that bad trip.

So the reason this episode came out so late is due to the fact that Kesha (yes, THAT kesha) was in a lawsuit against her old manager for the rights to her songs and due to the fact that she wrote cotton candy, that was one of the songs she got back about two days before the episode went live.
The reason why they couldn’t get this episode out till now was because of kesha’s old studio she signed a contract with at 18 years old. They had rights over the cotton candy song and stopped the episode from releasing and kesha sued them for some not so good allegations from the “Me too” movement.

I mean I think the reason Loona was upset and wanted to leave was because she felt like she wasn't really getting along with anyone at the party and no one wanted to spend time around her. She did say she wanted to make friends, so someone actually coming up to her and showing interest would probably be a big thing for her. I agree with the weird tonal change in lona, I think it would have made more sense for Blizo to have shown up playing the concerned dad role and taken Luna home and she convinces him to stay.
It did seem a little quick of a turnaround but a big part of why she was leaving was because she didn’t feel like anyone actually wanted her to be there, aside from Tex. And Tex introducing her to his girlfriend definitely hurt her feelings, but when the hound with the skull on his shirt hit on her, she realized she didn’t have to hang out with just Tex and his girlfriend. I definitely feel like there was a part/few frames missing from that scene of her changing her mind that would’ve made it feel more natural and less jarring

It's possible the imps look a lot like Satan, and the hounds look like Bee-lzebub, but both species are at the bottom of the hierarchy. Maybe Verosika introduced them to each other. Tex is a good looking strong hellhound with a good charisma and confidence. And maybe he treated her as a normal person, not like a big demon, which is impressive for some famous/powerful person (if you know RWBY, Phyrra, and Jaune came to mind)

I mean I think the reason Loona was upset and wanted to leave was because she felt like she wasn't really getting along with anyone at the party and no one wanted to spend time around her. She did say she wanted to make friends, so someone actually coming up to her and showing interest would probably be a big thing for her. Especially when she isn't very good at approaching other people.
Honestly tho Bee is sucha cool person like its hard to hate her honestly! Id love to attend one of her parties!
If you want to know the legal issues about the episode was the singer and voice of Queen Bee. She is voiced by Kesha who is a professional singer so there would be many complications on getting a celebrity to be in your show
I agree with the weird tonal change in lona, I think it would have made more sense for Blizo to have shown up playing the concerned dad role and taken Luna home and she convinces him to stay.
It did seem a little quick of a turnaround but a big part of why she was leaving was because she didn’t feel like anyone actually wanted her to be there, aside from Tex. And Tex introducing her to his girlfriend definitely hurt her feelings, but when the hound with the skull on his shirt hit on her, she realized she didn’t have to hang out with just Tex and his girlfriend. I definitely feel like there was a part/few frames missing from that scene of her changing her mind that would’ve made it feel more natural and less jarring

Probably the 'legal issues' they had referred to when it was originally delayed

Kesha didn't sing for that reason, she only did the voice of the character. That's what all the legal trouble was about unfortunately.

@hanon2012 Yeah, Bee or fly was a given. Hound makes from some interesting dynamics and theories for the show. It's possible the imps look a lot like Satan, and the hounds look like Bee-lzebub, but both species are at the bottom of the hierarchy. Why is that when they look just like two different deadly sin royalty, aka the highest on the Hell hierarchy under Lucifer and his family.
@@The-Rguy I'm pretty sure she isn't an hybrid, simply she can change her appearance as she want. As you notice, when she is angry with Loona her appearance starts to change, even if it stops almost immediately. In my opinion, she chose to have that form to be closer to Vortex

I didn’t expect an episode so soon that I actually missed two episodes but I watched them and man I forgot just how good helluva boss is love the show
First Ozzi and now Bee-lzebub. I love how colorful, cheerful and down to earth the 2 of the 7 Deadly's we've seen so far are.
It's pretty much the opposit to how stiff and poshy most Goetia demons are.

You are right, there were some issues, meaning Kesha was supposed to be the singer, but somethings didnt work out, they had to find a different singer which closely could match Kesha her singing voice.
another thing about loona is that she is wearing the same spiked collar blitz did in the mammon episode when it shows younger him and fizz
So far the only female deadly princes are bee and belphegor.
Possibly, we still haven't seen Leviathan, so who knows. I never thought Belphegore would be female, but Viv managed to surprise everyone

Maybe Verosika introduced them to each other. Tex is a good looking strong hellhound with a good charisma and confidence. And maybe he treated her as a normal person, not like a big demon, which is impressive for some famous/powerful person (if you know RWBY, Phyrra, and Jaune came to mind)

In Spring Broken, Tex was acting as Verosika's bodyguard and took it seriously. Sure, he socialized with Loona, but he was still focused on his job.
In this episode, Tex isn't doing any jobs. He's there to have fun and thus is letting his true self show.
