Hopefully, Charles will come to regret his meddling in politics and his support of the insane Net Zero agenda we have been subjected to.

How about apologizing to the Palestinian people due to Britain's interference and giving away a land that was already populated by Palestinians. Reparations from Britain and France for the mess they caused in the region.

So the generation that was directly affected by the Mau Mau issues still decided to join and remain in the commonwealth of nations but the current generation, many years removed from that period of violence on both sides, should somehow feel more aggrieved than the folk actually involved.... this just isn't making sense....

Unjustifiable??? When an intruder invades your home and abuses you in it, are you unjustified to use whatever means to regain your property especially when the opponent is greatly equipped(weaponry)?

Watched a documentary on some ex Colony of France in Africa it was hilarious, instead of being the great inventors they are still repairing locomotives from 200 yrs ago . The left overs of people who build stuff ya know. Would have thought by gaining their freedom they would have shot off to space but nope still running around in cars from the 60's keeping them going too. Can we stop blaming the West for building a modern civilisation or what?!

So does that justify causing harm and killing people for your own greed? Lol, very stupid comment supporting the fascist ideas of colonialism, a shame to come from a British person, with all the intellectual works you created for the new world, from John Locke, to Adam Smith, to many more, and the common law system you created. You definitely aren't British by heart. If you think that Africans are stupid then leave them, just mind your business lad! Coming from a young African here.

There's no need for social justice or reparations. All we need is the truth. Report history accurately and honestly please! Mankind has and will always have a terrible record of violence against mankind.
Yes the Mau Mau were brutal in their uprising but please show any resistance or freedom movement in history that wasn't. Brutality unfortunately is the only effective means of resistance weak peoples have to strike back against mighty empires. Famous example are the French resistance against German occupation, the slave revolts against the Roman Empire, the ANC struggle against the South African government, the Boer/British Empire war, even the current Gaza conflict is a prime example!
Mighty empires always strike back with furious vengeance against the so-called rebel movements in the hope that actions would be a deterrent but it only cause the tragic circle to repeat itself.
There's no need for apologies, what we need is accurate acknowledgement of the past in my opinion.
