Kirby is so 'Mary Sue' when it comes to being a power up update magnet that I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a mod called 'Aglet' where Kirby just fights with an aglet. Not that I'd ever try it. Obviously, if the blessing exists, the curse exists as well, and I would not do a good job using such a power up. But the surprise would be zero anyway.
