I worked at a boarding kennel for 3 1/2years where vaccines were mandatory. When I left the kennel I missed the dogs so I started my own business. I now provide pet sitting in the clients home and I do not require vaccines up to date. Offers pet owners an option other than boarding kennels where vaccines are a must.I switched my 4dogs and 5cats to a raw diet 3 years ago. I do not vaccinate my cats(indoor cats). My dogs have all had vaccines but are "overdue" to a vets standards.

    Thank you so much.

It is unfortunate that the entire world believes that all animals should have to get vaccines every year. I agree that rabies should be given routinely but all of the other shots we put into our pets is wrong! But, every kennel, park, pet sitter and groomer requires up to date vaccines. It's a shame because I think the veterinarians are just in it to make money and won't tell you that yearly vaccinations are not necessary.

Thank you for another great interview with Dr. Schultz. Too bad there is not a way for this to be a "Must See" for all veterinarians.
