Im planning a bike ride Bogota to Cartagena in january. Travelling solo, camping and hotels when possible. Im a wee bit nervous about the risks. Ive cycled all over the world but feeling a little apprehensive about colombia. Should i worry? Any tips?

Amazing video. Please, leave us with a few extra seconds of some of the shorter shots. It might add 15 or 20 seconds to the whole thing. You haven't left us enough time to drink it all in, but maybe you've chosen that deliberately to match the pace of the trip, so what do I know? All in all, fabulous. More please.

What do you mean "a little bit younger"? I am 63 and playing with the idea of bikepacking in Colombia, but without the camping part.
