I keep jars of pickled cucumbers in a cool, dark place during the winter (if you're lucky enough to get them, because we usually eat them earlier 😉).

2 kg of cucumbers
300g of sugar
250 ml of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt
100g of grainy mustard
2 teaspoons of turmeric
10 pieces of sweet pepper peas
4x500ml heated jars
