His characters whole point is to be a henchmen and that's completely fine. You can't give every character the spotlight. Also NRS has nothing to do with this movie

they didn't give him a chance to have a hand to hand fight or at least fighting with a melee weapon, he has a weapon made from a tarkatan blade and combining martial arts with guns always looks cool on screen if done right
