Great choice as I have also returned to own a 2nd M140i. My 1st one was a 68 plate white shadow 3 door with the electric roof and tring to find another with the same was truly hard. I have just taken ownership of my 2nd which is a 19 plate Shadow edition again but in met black. Have the same issue with irregular tyre choices, 3 are Nankang's with 1 x Bridgestone so they will be going to MPS 5's. Will also be visiting Motech for their stance spring kit and spacers as as standard they do sit too high. Will be subscribing!
Usually ATS but they can’t get fronts right now. Luckily I know someone in the trade who has sorted me out. But other than ATS yes black circles seem best price wise
7:53 a historic moment for this channel. We out on the big (country) roads baby!! As I was watching that (now deleted) video on the issues with the Golf I was just baffled why you bought it in the first place.. previous owner had fucked it right up. Anyway you've made the right decision with the BMW, looks wise its 10x better than the Golf
Also i went through several sets of tyres in my 140 and never had run flats, I might be wrong but i'm pretty sure you'll have a smother ride with out them, that being said it may be different with adaptive suspension

The golf was a great car but yeah previous owners had made some bad choices which I spent a lot of time putting right 😂

Yeah my last one had the usual Pilot Super Sports. Either way a set of Pilot Sport 5s is at the top of the to do list
