- Throwback footage! Here's another video of my organ concert recorded on the Yamaha HS8 Electone (organ) in the 1990's in my hometown of Doncaster, England. The organ is where playing keyboard instruments all started for me, and I didn't move onto piano until much later in life.
Tico Tico is a Brazilian song played as a samba. The song was always a 'party piece' for organists and was played by many on the organ concert scene around the UK. It's in the key of A minor, C Major and A Major and is played very quickly. I hope you enjoy it.
Again, no sheet music used for this - just my interpretation of listening to the songs. I hope you enjoy it. If you’re here for the first time and you like what you see and hear, please subscribe so you can catch my future uploads. Click on the bell 🔔 so you get notifications of my new uploads.

Amazing! You are a one-man band!
Just one word Brilliant! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻awesome
This was just terrific! Loved the chromatic scales! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks so much!
Maybe without the organ it would be better with piano and flute strings and saxophone could be a good adornment of solos. I know music, I'm Brazilian and a musician too
Probably... although this video really is all about the organ
*The real name of this song is (TICO TICO NO FUBÁ), and it is not samba, the music is (CHORINHO), composed by BRAZILIAN José Gomes de Abreu better known as ZEQUINHA DE ABREU.*
*To play this song correctly you need to know Brazil and all its MUSICAL DIVERSITY from all regions.*
I've always played this song as a samba. Many songs can be played in many different styles. Just Google 'tico tico samba' - it's not just me
@@NeilArcher . *Google is terrible, it doesn't deserve trust in musical matters outside the stupid bubble that the masses listen to.*
