Baekhyun's 4th solo album and title track is called "Bambi" for multiple reasons. One reason is because one of Baekhyun's nicknames he has been given by some of his fans is Bambi. Fans say he looks cute like a doe-eyed deer. This album is meant to be a gift for fans because he was about to enlisting in the military and he wanted to give us something to keep us company while he was away for 18 months serving his country.
However, the song is more about the fact that Bambi refers to "night rain" as you see he talks about in the lyrics -- it's a play on words in Korean -- Bam as in night and bi as in rain.
And in English, Bambi refers to a woman with long legs -- and that is where the name for the Disney character comes from -- which is also the nickname of the character/woman Baekhyun is talking about in the song. :D However, the song has very little, if anything, to do with the Disney movie -- the cute little deer with the same name, isn't really even connected to the song. (In western pop culture the name Bambi is given to female characters in novels and movies because it is used as a metaphor for her sexual appeal and appearance. That is why Disney chose that name for the deer in their story because it was a play on the fact that Bambi has long legs and big doe-eyes like a voluptuous woman. :D So Baekhyun is not talking about a deer in the song, but he is using it as a nickname for the woman he is singing about.)
Because Baekhyun's EXO superpower is the ability to control light, it is thought that what you see happening in the tunnel isn't supposed to be fireworks, but it's supposed to be the explosion of light bulbs, etc. because his passion -- as manifested through his epic high note -- makes him lose control of his powers, etc.
I think Tinkerbell in the lyrics is supposed to be a reference to the fact that she is a little fairy that is often represented by the twinkle of light, which is also a metaphor for how he sees the woman he is singing about. Like a fairy, the woman lights up his life. Which, if you want to connect it to EXO's storyline, also could be a reference to the heart of the Tree of Life, as well as EXO's fans, EXO-Ls. (EXO has a song called "Peter Pan," where it can be interpreted as the EXO members are Peter and their fans are TInkerbell.)
As part of EXO's overall storyline, the woman in EXO's songs is often thought to be a metaphor and physical representation of the heart of the Tree of Life. That is why the members are always trying to save the girl or protect her, or they talk about being controlled by the power of the woman or they are worried about their passion destroying her, etc. It's EXO's job to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force. EXO was sent to Earth on a mission to find the two halves of the tree and reunite them in order to restore peace in the world. The two halves of the tree -- EXO-K (Korean) represents one half and EXO-M (Mandarin Chinese) represents the other half -- were originally separated in order to keep the Red Force from gaining control. However, now, in order to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, EXO needs to defeat the Red Force and find where the two halves of the tree have been hidden.
So on that note, I think that the train theme is somehow connected to SuperM's/EXO's storyline, however, I am not sure how yet. All I know is that, we see SM Entertainment's male supergroup SuperM -- which Baekhyun and EXO's Kai are a part of -- in a subway train in their "100" MV, we see SM girl group aespa also in a subway train in their debut "Black Mamba" MV and we see SM legendary boy group SHINee in an old train station in their "Don't Call Me" MV. We even see EXO's Kai on train tracks in his "Film: Kai" solo debut teaser video during his "Amnesia" section of the video and people on a subway train platform as it transitions to his song "Mmmh." And before that, we saw Key from SHINee in a subway train in his solo debut song "One of Those Nights." And if we go back even further, you see EXO on train tracks in their "Love Me Right" MV and EXO-CBX -- which Baekhyun is also a member of -- on train tracks in their "Horololo" MV, etc.
And because Baekhyun is the leader of SuperM and a member of EXO, that usually means it's connected to SM's SM Culture Universe.
Fun fact: Even though Baekhyun isn't even part of the dance line, the EXO members say, he is the quickest out of all of them to memorize the choreography. Next you should check out Baekhyun's "Bambi" dance practice video in order to see this dance without any cuts or edits.
This is the song that made me such a stan and even get into EXO. I can listen to him all day everyday. All of EXO are doing well on their own but in terms of measured success, it’s probably Baekhyun as his two solo albums have both done really well selling over a million copy each upon release.

Just Binged watched all your EXO reactions. Love your energy. Enjoying the EXO Journey....Baekhyun is my bias in all of K-pop. Love that dude....Since you are doin' EXO Solo's, you ought to check out Lay's 'Honey', 'Veil' and 'Lit' MV's....Lay is part of EXO's Dance Line...Also, check out Kai's 'Mmmh', 'Peaches' and maybe his 'Film Kai' MVs. Kai is the Main Dancer in EXO and is widely known as one of the top 2-3 Dancers in all of Kpop...

They are all amazing singers. But Baekhyun, Chen and Do are the main vocalist. Baekhyun is my favorite I like the warm tone in his voice and he is great at putting emotion into his voice when he sings. But is drawn in by his voice.
The thing is EXO is the best Group meaning that each member is the best at their own things.. like Baekhyun has things amazing strong control over his vocals and he's got this unique style of engaging with the music plus attracting people with his voice makes him the best. Again Chen is known for hitting the high notes effortlessly with his golden voice and adding so much emotion in the songs, he's the best at doing that. Baekhyun and Chen both are great vocalists with slightly different styles of singing. D.O has a very unique tone and can bring out the strongest vocals plus he's the king of ad-libs ... none can do it like him. And he has the most promising career in acting as well. Chanyeol is considered the best for having both the skill of a rapper and great vocalist... You won't really see male rappers with vocals like him. Suho the leader of Exo can adjust with each level of vocals and he's got that opera tone to his voice that other members don't have. He's also a musical actor and his performances will melt you. Sehun who is the youngest has a specific way of delivering rap verses, he can adapt tones and vibes of the songs pretty easily I'd say. Plus he's amazing at dancing too. So that's his best qualities. Xiumin is an all rounder who knows exactly how to put input in every field like dancing, singing, rapping, and libs etc. He can actually hit the highest note in Exo. But it's not really shown in the mvs much. Lay is the member who has his own style of dancing, rapping and singing. He has a different taste in music. Lay's solo songs have totally different cool, sensual and king-like vibes. His songs are masterpieces. And lastly Kai is the best dancer in Exo. He's a dancing machine. His duality and perfection during performances will shock you. He's also good at rapping and has a smooth unique tone that will feel like peace in your ears. So yeah, each member is The Best in what they do. There's no one best member.

Baekhyun is my bias but I’ll never say he’s the best of the three main vocalists, which is usually what people compare. They all have different strengths, tones, and deliveries, his just happens to be my favorite. Chen is a vocal powerhouse and technical master. D.O.’s voice is warm and soulful. I’m not sure how to describe Baekhyun’s voice. To me it’s just Baekhyun’s voice 😊

But D.O is also very great and he is the very underrated he kills the vocals, kind of like Taeil from Nct 127, the one that always hits the high notes lol they give off a secret weapon vibe, they do runs and stuff lmao high quality vocals and they’re both very serious most of the time so I compare them a lot
