I also look forward to watching the Saturday morning videos with a nice cup of strong coffee and a bagel. I’m still healing nicely and have a final post op with the surgeon next month. After that it’s back to the care of the neuro oncologist I’ve seen since 2010. 👍

Them rolls look pretty dang good. I've got a bunch of leftover pine scrap boards I think I'm going to make some birdhouses and maybe some nesting boxes for the birds. Not sure if they will use them but will be a fun project.
Nice video again! I've for a long time been a little curious about the sign above your cabin door. It says "welcome" in some Scandinavian language. You may have mentioned it in one of your earlier videos, but it would be interesting to hear if there is a history behind it
If you get that batch of caramel rolls in you you won't need the snow dog move the logs. Just throw them over your shoulder and run with them. That batch should be good for at least 2 logs.
I'm trying to improve upon my culinary skills so I bought a chef hat, chef coat and chef apron. I've been watching famous chef video's on TH-cam and I'll let you know how all that turns out for me. So far, I've gotten a little better at poaching eggs.
We do close it at night when we go to bed and the woodstove is throttled down. The rest of the day we enjoy the extra light and ease of going in and out.
I don't like them . Sorry you have to put up with them I don't know how they make it through the winter. But we have plan on fly's and they make hear in N.C

Back in '86 it was scribed when some improvements were being done. A Norwegian did it and it is spelled a little differently in Sweden.

3 percolators, I found 7 in my mothers house, one was Corning Ware identical to yours.
I think back in the day some of the pots were coming loose from the handles so they quit making them.

Not sure but similar birds seem to be 4 to 8 years in the wild.
