2017 Audi A8 L Quattro 4.0 Engine Oil Separator replacement, whistle noise that seems to come from everywhere but on reality comes from the oil separator unit.

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the PVC valve as well since you are there.

My Audi rs6 c7 had the same bolt missing, on the same side of the PCV assembly, after doing the oil screen recall at the dealer. Hard to find this bolt, but I think it's probably not needed, since I drove without it for months before blowing my PCV and doing this job.
