It was a great experience and I definitely would like to pursue a career in real estate. Unfortunately I haven’t found any work relating to the job but am looking forwards to turning 18 so I can get my license.
Now I’m working as a leasing agent at a property management company, the owner of the business kind of knows the agent I shadowed for so when I did the interview for his company, it probably helped a lot.
@@pikapika2252 well, the interview didn't go ALL bad,as I was not fully prepared,all I did was listen to this and hope for the best.I WAS HIRED,THO THE INTERVIEWER WAS A BIT SCEPTICAL.now I have to impress him(I start on Monday)

I tried to watch your channel years ago. I want to let you know that I feel you should focus on one area of CRE.. it’s like you’re all over the place and it depends on what asset class for which you don’t give specific details. I would focus on one theme whether it’s multi family residential or storage etc. and become an expert in one area with very defined advice.

That's a loaded question and we'll wait to see what happens long-term, but oil price drops will likely hit hard in energy-centric cities like Houston in the short term, and retail sales will likely get hurt short-term as well. Tough to tell what will happen in the long-term, but for now, the underlying supply/demand fundamentals in most US cities are still solid.

If u don’t get the job where u interned at, they help you look for other positions relating to what you want to do. They help you as much as they can but when learning from them, it’s self pace. It’s all up to u on whether or not I want to complete it
