I am in school for business real estate and I could not agree more. The knowledge you pickup is beyond the realms of what I would've been able to learn myself.

Well, at least college gives you the fundamental especially if you go to a top tier university which mean you have one up for those who didn't go. You have more insights than average. However, the rest of the journey is up to you as far of which path you want to to go into REI and continously learning. Plus colleges have clubs you can join and network with other people such as finance club, venture startup club, and etc. You have access to resources and network. I do not listen to people in REI about f college bs because most of them know little to nothing about the basic fundamentals of economics, macroeconomics, and the financial markets. They are getting by repeating someone else jargon about financial and real estate news. Selling courses and real estate programs because they aren't making money and any real money in real estate like you think they are.

If you really think about college only teaches you with books and teachers teaching you the books.

Please explain why are these guru's charging there real estate courses, and mentorship programs same price as college tuition from $8k-$100k? You are better off going of to a top tier university taking classes, network, join a few clubs, and having resources.
