The Swim-Swim Fruit along with it’s user is so HARD BOILED … but honestly I liked this fruit (probably not my top choice to eat) where basically the user has the ability to go through walls & can make the ground act like liquid which as an Awakening I can see the user making the area like a pool to make it hard for others to move

I always thought that an awakening for Senor Pink's swim swim fruit was to be able to pull others into the water with you, So to speak. Imagine S-Shark fighting Lucci, and as he charges up Shigan he gets pulled under. Any devil fruit user, either don't know how to swim or haven't swam since before eating their fruit. That alone would be a psychological attack, any fruit user would think they're going to drown immediately. And S-Shark i think is the best candidate for this fruit.

Regarding what's the limit. We kind of have a clue from when Luffy was buried in Mochi. We know it didn't count as a liquid even though it's soft and maleable. I would say Caramel or honey would probably be the borderline for this

Technically, freezing only applies to liquids turning into a solid phase. You could think solids "freeze" faster than liquids, for ease of use, because they dont have to lose extra energy to undergo that phase change. It's just a quicker temperature drop.

So, I was thinking about this. And watching half way through the video, I had a thought. In alot of ways, the swim swim fruit is alot of ways similar to the phase phase fruit from film gold. And I just gotta say, I like the way you went in depth with this fruit, because there are so many questions regarding the use of this fruit.

Speaking of Vander Decken, my wife and I finished fishman island last week. My wife noticed Decken had a bubble on and asked to confirm if he's a fishman. I forgot he had a devil fruit and tried to justify it based on his lineage and "not being fishman enough" or not having gills before remembering his power 😂 Then I explained that he could breathe underwater, he would just be drained of his strength.

Also how it's HEAVILY implied Brook is ALSO awakened because his DF is to revive HIMSELF but the biggest proof is his fight with the homies. They are animated thanks to the SOULS inside them and Brook REVIVED them.

How I see it is that it gives any solid the properties of a liquid for it to allow you to swim in it, but I think you are still subjected to any temperature and pressure changes while inside, so swim deep enough and the pressure would start to affect you, same if the ground is hot or cold, as for Aokiji, I think Señor Pink would still be able to swim in ice, but that would be really painful and yeah, if he himself gets frozen, it's over.

For example, when you heat up wood enough, it eventually starts to burn. It doesn't turn into a liquid. It just gets brittle. Okay, to be fair, when you make it cold enough, anything solid gets brittle. Have you heard of liquid nitrogen?
Freezing is technically the process of solidifying a liquid so I think no matter how cold you could still swim through the liquid floor, I think the swim fruit supercedes the freezing process, but the liquid earth would be superchilled to the point of being lethal. So I think aokiji would end up enduring hyperthermia to a mobile target rather than trapping them in a solid object

it came into play in Zou when he was thrown off the island, since even though he couldn't swim he was still able to breathe underwater

I actually based a homebrew Ranger subclass feature after this Devil Fruit (and by extension Oasis and Mirio's Permeation).
I always liked the idea of when this fruit is awakened your able to swim through anything even air and people unless they have more haki than you
