We try our best to always make suggestions. Once we are able to travel safely to multiple stores again, we plan to test out gluten free variations for our everything dough
I made the No Yeast version (omitted oil & sugar) and it came out beautiful. I told my 17 year old son I was going to try this new recipe and he was shocked how quickly & easily it came together. I added about 10 minutes to the cook time in my Breville Smart Oven to get the perfect crispy outside and soft, chewy inside. Topped with red sauce, spinach, softened TVP, black olives, corn & Italian seasoning. I split the dough in half to make 2 pizzas and then took a little from each ball of dough to make cinnamon sugar sticks. Thank you!
I’m eating this pizza right now ( a year ago my daughter & I started the journey of becoming vegan ) I’m in a high with how good we feel & I’ve been trying different pizza recipes & this is by far the easiest & most delicious one I’ve discovered, TRY IT, 😋😋😋😋😋😋
Pizza dough came out great! I made it, but didn't use sugar, or acv, and I used grapeseed oil. I added a ton of toppings. I'm so glad I came across your channel!!!

Thank God that pantry challenged you that day! When I say that pizza dough was better than any pizza dough I ever tasted! I wanna thank you for sharing this with us! God bless you and your family.
Biggest thank you for this recipe! I cooked my pizzas with this crust right away and it turned out amazing! The crust is soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside, the texture is great, this is actually the first time I am happy about homemade pizza crust 😊
I decided to see if you had a pizza that I could make quickly and easily. Darn if you don’t. This is simply amazing. I love Pizza. Thank, thank you, for help keeping me healthy. ❤😊
If you haven't tried yet, another low-cost awesome minimalist crust is the sweet potato / oat crust. I've perfected it and make two 14" crusts to freeze each week. Slices can be re-warmed in a toaster and used as bread with soup, or like a cracker for various spreads. But I mostly use it for pizza. Check it out!
If anyone's interested: 500 grams of cooked sweet potato, mashed, then add 2 cups of oatmeal that you’ve turned into flour using a blender or food processor. Combine into a dough using your hands.Spread/press onto a parchment-covered pizza stone or baking tray using your fingers. Bake for 30 minutes at 400F. Remove crust, and remove the parchment paper. Add sauce and toppings. Back into the oven for another 10 or 12 mins.

I was about to go to Target for vegan cheese to make pizza and I’m SO glad I watched this first. Definitely grabbing coconut cream while I’m there! Thank you! 😄
Thank you for this! I have a gluten-free pizza crust mix that I bought awhile ago, before I was diagnosed with a condition that is not gluten based. However, my son was just diagnosed with celiac. So I was thinking of adding baking powder to the mix, since my one attempt at gluten-free bread was a disaster. Now I'm adding it and going to see how it turns out tonight.
So extememly happy that I found this channel and the 2 ingredient dough!! The kids are happy and I'm extremely impressed with the ease, deliciousness, and timeliness of this! It was a last minute - lazy mom - bake for us and turned out great! You were right, the coconut milk is barely noticeable
I'm stoked!!! Do you think the coconut cream recipe would do well in a wood fired pizza oven? 700-900 degrees... I know many people change the hydration level in dough when going into a wood fired oven. Cooks in 90 seconds. I'm trying... first time... this weekend.
just making the first recipe right now, its in the oven! love your videos and vibe of them, it feels very honest and that a friend is showing you their favourity recipe, very nice, thank you! i added some onion on top, which i had marinated in date syrup to make it 'caramel-like' sweet :) just as an idea! big hug and thank you!

Hello 👋🏽 from Australia 🇦🇺! I’ve just discovered you as I looked up gluten free pizza dough… and you popped up first! All I have is tapioca flour and almond meal… can I use any of these? 🤔🤗 I’m really craving pizza 🍕 today and I’ve been gifted with some pizza ingredients yesterday!! 😋✌️
Heyyy! I made this and the second one turned out to be so good! I made it with whole wheat flour. And the first one got stuck to the base, but it was good too. Thankyou for this recipe! And can you please mention the quantity of the ingredients?
If you have a bit of corn meal sprinkle it at the bottom before you lay your dough down. It usually always prevents it from sticking ;). So glad you enjoyed!
Looks amazing! Have you tried making the second option using yogurt? I've seen a lot of self rising flour with Greek yogurt recipes. I wonder if a vegan plain yogurt would work in that case.
Loved the yeast story and the slick editing in this one. I make a version of this--no baking powder--which I found years ago in a vegetarian cookbook. I have used it just for vegan Big Mac pizza; it tastes weirdly closer to the bun than regular yeast-raised pizza dough does. I am intrigued by the coconut cream version and am excited to try it. @@MakeItDairyFree Alas, the coconut cream & flour version didn't work for me; it was as though there was too much moisture in the dough once it was baking, although the dough was beautifully supple and easy to work with, raw. I think I know what happened: I used a tin of Target coconut milk that I bought last fall, and which had been sitting on a lazy susan with tins of beans and tomatoes since then.
