Brother If plot is purchased and taxes are paid on DC rates so after some time if same property sold out and DC rates are same but actual plot price is increased how profit will be calculated for paying tax as DC rates will be same??
How much amount is allowed to receive in cash? Like let say, it is sold for 1.5 CR and we received 1.45 CR via payorder and 5lac in cash. Would it raise any concern? Kindly reply. Thanks
