This is a great feature added in (update 1.5). It makes it feel like they're alive. Unlike the cold-dead silence while you form your team. I genuinely loved this feature.
Unfortunately, can't understand what they're saying, because I'm using Japanese. It would be great if Hoyoverse adds a setting option to turn on/off the subtitles, (regardless of what language voice you use), only for the menu of "Characters" and "Team."

The translation is incorrect. The name 阳 Yang is pronounced よう (yo-) in Japanese. It has nothing to do with Joachim (pronounced YoWaHim)
MC catch themselves calling Welt what March calls him which is equivalent to “old man Yang” and politely corrects themselves to call him Welt instead.
