Honestly, I think the Star Rail English cast might be the best English cast in gaming. I love the Genshin English work as well but this community engagement is next level. You usually only see this with miHoYo Mandarin casts.

Holy the amount of symbolism in this cover is insane so I feel obliged to talk about it. So at 0:17 obviously the two protagonists are singing “I want you to show me your fantasy” probably referring to how they learn about firefly,aventurine and Acheron’s past and firefly’s dream. At 0:22 Himeko’s va sing “no past and no future” it’s more ironic then anything since Himeko is one of the characters with a very vague past and the “no future” part is just HI3. So from 0:17 to 0:31 the astral express crew is singing. At 0:34 Sam and firefly singing “I thought that dream could light our way” is clearly corresponding to her past and entire story really. At 0:41 Robin and Misha singing “be my saviour take me away” could not have been a coincidence right? Holy shit Corey Landis/Welt singing is crazy good, it's so deep Giving Daman Mills/Blade the "take me away" was a cool touch. Sounds closer to a head voice. Deeper vocals come from placing the sound in the chest to reverberate, higher vocals come from placing them in the head while still sounding like the person singing, and then the falsetto often comes in with a much more drastic change in vocal sound along with higher notes.

Honestly, I think the Star Rail English cast might be the best English cast in gaming. I love the Genshin English work as well but this community engagement is next level. You usually only see this with miHoYo Mandarin casts.

honestly i wish i can see the side of the fandoms where people are enjoying the game and looking at arts instead of people comparing the game to genshin or character being misunderstood. I was in the latter, left a bad impression on me from that community
@@absorb545 there will always be negative people in any community, especially one as large as the Hoyo games fandom. It's totally fine, probably even healthy, to have valid criticism for something you love, but some people are just fountains of negativity and that helps no one. Just have to try to ignore them tbh.

Gosh this was epic, I can’t stop listening and being amazed.
Sounds closer to a head voice. Deeper vocals come from placing the sound in the chest to reverberate, higher vocals come from placing them in the head while still sounding like the person singing, and then the falsetto often comes in with a much more drastic change in vocal sound along with higher notes.
@@AshtonMonitor and honestly, i find it even more impressive that he can hit those notes *without* falsetto considering how deep his voice can get! alejandro has an incredible range!
Even more impressive is that CyYu was actually sick when he recorded his lines so he wasn't able to go as high as he wanted to.
