      @L.A'S CLASSICS -_- as with everything in life it's all in moderation, drinking too much water can kill you dude. Homemade food like this is far better for you than what you get ready and easy at chain restaurants. Also meat in general is very nutrient rich per pound compared to other food groups. Don't be that guy please.

    AB, I wanna say thank you. I made these ribs for my husband and got the best compliment ever!!!! He says "baby, your ribs are better than mine" This is was my very 1st time grilling ribs and only my 2nd time grilling myself. My dad used to grill all the time and would be super proud to see me now :) thanks for all the help and easy to follow videos!

    I was born & raised in the good old STL & this is the EXACT way my Daddy BBQ our ribs & taught me to do the same. Everyone loves my ribs..I have to say they're some of the best & my Daddy would be beyond proud.

    Ya Kno I ain't have much of a dad growing up, he spent all his time at the mines or in the bars, thank God I can turn to good fellers like this to learn from so I can cook and enjoy amazing meals with my wife n son's and it looks like I know what I'm doing 😉😁💯👍🏻

    Brotha I have been smoking ribs for a couple years. Mainly babybacks But I let my Norm go and tried some spares exactly your way last night. Best ribs I've ever produced! Hands Down!!! Some Jack Daniels bbq sauce and family said the most tender ribs I've ever taken off the grill! A.B.!!! You rock. Taking our grilling game to a whole new level!

    Brings back memories! As a child we would wake up about 8am at my brother's house RIP. His wife, RIP, would have about 10 ribs stacked up on the backyard brick grill ready for saucing! Good ole memories back home in St Louis! 🥰

    I want to thank you. 2 weeks ago I watched your video with the baby back ribs 10 times. I used to be intimidated by the grill. I got a new grill for Mothers Day. So I tried them in the oven with the brown sugar first. My son wouldn't stop giving me praise. So from that I thank you so much!! Keep doing what you do.

    This was THE best tutorial and explanation of how to trim up spare ribs I've EVER seen. THANK YOU! I didn't do as well as he did, but I trimmed up 3 slabs in like no time at all. GREAT VIDEO!!!!

    I tried this today, ribs were basically pre-trimmed, but I tried to mimic the setup the best I could, and man, did the ribs turn out RIGHT!

    I made these ribs, only deviation was French's Spicy Brown Mustard as I was out of traditional yellow mustard, created my own rub and all 8 folks who ate said the ribs were amazing! Thanks AB for guiding me on how to prepare them before Q'ing them that was advise I can use and apply for the rest of my life. Appreciate you!

    AB I am so shook right now, my dad asked me to make him some ribs with this big hunk of meat. I was like what kind of ribs are these 😂😂😂. HOWEVER, Thanks to this tutorial I’ll say, I was able to cut all that extra stuff off my ribs, you’ve simplified cooking once again. I was today years old when I found out you can cut that stuff off! Came off sooo easily. Took it all off with a good kitchen knife !

      Incognita True, there's nothing like some good tender rib tips!! Cook them till that meat is tender and you can eat the gristle; that gristle has become tender and easily able chew

      The pan help with the moisture in the grilling chamber on long cooks and helps in the clean up too. They're a must have :) Enjoy!

    I love this channel. Thank you for teaching me how to trim the ribs and not feel totally overwhelmed. Today: I trimmed the ribs,seasoned them like you say, and then cooked them in oven low and slow. Thanks to you and mr make it happen 💐❤!

    AB, I've never tried to cook these ribs before because I didn't know how to prepare them. You showed me how to trim and cook them and I thank you. I look for to seeing how you will prepare the trimmings in another video. I will have these this Labor Day weekend, but I will probably only need to put the grill grate on the hot cement since SoCal is going to have scorching temps this weekend thru Monday, Labor Day!
