Great bike build! 👍. Make sure to remove or reinforce that rack, the welds may look good but they are known to break and fall off from the high vibrations of these engines regardless of how the welds look. Also the true displacement is 75cc on these "100cc" engines
Good that it works for you. I cannot start to explain how much I hate that frame. Btw, get them fenders off, those kills. Happy New Year. Thanks for the ride.
Be carful with this frame. The Nel Lusso frame is known for cracking and snapping at the welds where the rear rack supports connect to the dropouts due to the vibrations. Not only would this make the rear rack unusable, but it would also compromise the strength of the frame. To prevent issues, I'd recommend welding on gussets on these stress points.
@@QuinnCsVideos Yeah. You can absolutely have a rock solid weld, but in my experience, you have about a 60% shot of it snapping. I prefer to get ahead of any issues, but if it's been fine for you so far, then just keeping an eye on it may just be enough.
@@QuinnCsVideos Thats a super nice Bike! I really like the Flat Top Wheels You have on your bike! I been riding a Hyper Cruiser for the past 15 years everyday with a Minarelli Hybrid and have never had a weld break or a fender come lose. If You have a balanced and trued crank in it You won't have to worry about that shit. I like the LED ghost lights You have on it too. That bike would look sweet with an Athena or a Minarelli in it for sure. Keep up the great work my friend and stay safe out there!👍
If the fenders come loose you can get hurt pretty bad. Locktite all the mounting bolts/screws or take them off. Nice bike.
A thumb throttle helps alleviate some of the wrist fatigue fyi

Just researched this..welds can be hit or miss. Looks fine on my bike. Rode 44 miles at top speed, hasn't shit yet.
