@@sullin22 Keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat so weight and BMI are not very efficient ways of measuring fitness unless straight up weight loss if your goal (also you cannot target fat loss if specific areas of the body but overall and it also has to do with genetics, which I mean individual fat distribution but this cones down to individuals YOU GOT THIS!!) so once you grow muscle and see results of loss in fat it doesn't always mean you'll weigh less, I personally ditched the scale a long time ago, hope this helps!!

Finally starting to do this exercise! Day 1:✅Had to take breaks and felt a burn in my stomach🔥 Day 2:✅Was a LOT harder than day 1 Day 3:✅ Still have to pause to take short breaks, but I can see a difference already!
doing this along with other workouts because im tired of myself Day 1: It was hard, because I don’t have any mats. At some points I wanted to give up because my muscles felt so weak, but I had to push on and not give up. I was begging myself to stop, because I’m not a typically strong person, but it’s okay. Some parts were easier than others, which gave me the break I needed. Day 2: Tiring, worse, horrible. But same as Day 1, I want to improve myself for the better. I felt really negative the whole day and the hard parts demolished me, but it's okay. I'll be back tomorrow and hopefully happy to continue. My stomach does have pain, so I assume it's working. Day 3: I saw RESULTS already… I’m already okay, but sometimes I think I can do better than how I am right now and I’m willing to put myself to change for the better. I saw my reflection look unreal, I began looking like what I want to see, but despite having prominent results, that’s not stopping me. I have to maintain it, even if it still pains me. I have to overload anyways if I want to get stronger and better. I feel motivated by this and by the replies too. The pain stopped because I worked out, so those waste-like acids probably broke away (the only thing I remember from biology). I’ll push through the pain. It doesn’t hurt that bad I guess, it’ll be better the more I go. Day 4: I actually felt myself being able to do this easier and I could follow along better. Maybe I just needed to get accustomed to the routine and workouts first. It was still harder at some points, but it wasn't as dreading as the previous day. I don't have much to journal today. I don't feel pessimistic nor ill, so that's good! The results are staying too, thankfully! I didn’t update because I overall forgot too, but don’t worry, I’ve been keeping up with the days! Day 5: My legs were still a bit shaky, but I’m overall continuing to keep up with this and I’m taking far less breaks compared to the first day. There’s nothing else to comment about this, but I feel more optimistic about continuing. Day 6: I’ve felt an urge to continue as I’m just loving the results, I’m glad that this is actually helping. As days go by, this has been getting far easier and today I only took one break to catch my breath! Which is pretty good considering that I’m not that athletic and was dying on the first day, this means there’s definitely progress for me and I’m glad about that. For once, things are looking for the bright side, and these have gotten to the point where I can actually sort of relaxing even if I’m in the middle of the workout since I gotten used to it surprisingly fast. Day 7: Same as the previous day, but absolutely better. I’m not gonna say much since it’s like Day 6, but it’s worth noting I took no breaks today and went to do it for a second time in a day. I never knew I was able to improve like this. I haven’t edited this in God knows how long… *But all of these work so well* For the first couple of days I only did another separate workout and still got amazing results, but after adding in another one I felt even better honestly Stuff has got pretty tiring at points, but I swear to you I’ve been keeping up, I just haven’t been editing this comment 😭 *But like… I’m going to edit this again… Since it’s been 28 days and I have to restart this workout streak!!* So ah, stay tuned folks!! :]

I started working out now because during the summer I will be busy, so I decided to start now. I am mostly doing these workouts because I want to lose belly fat not weight. I was still a bit sore from yesterday, but I finished them today, it felt more difficult compared to yesterday but i finished! Day 3: ✅ it was much harder today, but I got it done. A couple exercises hurt to do but I pushed through 😭 Day 4: ✅ I was so tired and was actually going to take a break today but I finished! I’m not sore anymore but the exercise are more tiring. Day 5: ✅ it was still difficult, but it was easier than yesterday! Day 6: ❌ I was out the whole day didn’t get to do it :/ Day 7: ✅ for not doing it yesterday it was actually pretty easy, I had allergies but I did it 💪💪 : ONE WEEK; my waist has definitely gotten much slimmer since I started, my belly fat has started to get smaller but there is still some there!!

It been 1 week since I started One meal a day diet along with this exercise and I can already see some changes on my body especially on my belly, although I still have fats on my belly but it's more smaller than before and I believe after few more weeks, I can finally achieve flat belly and drastic weight loss.

I’m going to log in every time I do this workout. “I’m not trying to lose weight cuz I’m already at my lowest weight I’m just trying to have a better relationship with exercise and food” Day (1): when I did the bicycle crunches I felt the burn in my abs. Day (2): I woke up feeling so sore my bloating got a little better than before. Day (3): the soreness was worst than yesterday but when I did the workout it felt so bad. I finished the whole workout and I feel so proud. my bloating is getting a little better. Day (4) : it wasn’t hard at all nothing really changed ofc but for some reason when I did the plank I can feel a burn rather than that nothing else. Day (5): same as day 4 but the plank was totally fine and I feel more energetic than before.
I'll keep on doing this workout until I lost 28 days of belly fat,I am so inspired of doing this every day for 28 days,the planks one was tiring,but it was definitely worth the workout
@@tanazshirani2165 thanks for making me remember to update! • so i was doing this exercise with an elliptical machine workout and i organised my way of eating and drinking enough water and had enough sleep doing all of that made me have flat belly in less then 8days !! I kept consistent to this programme and made it as a habit it really made me look great and feel great as well
been doing for a week so far. i havent weighed myself but ive lost half an inch off my waist and i can definitely feel the difference. also dont forget to mind your posture in day to day life! look in the mirror and you'll see an instant improvement if you fix hunched shoulders and a forward head
Updating every day I do this workout and hopefully a full 28 day streak (: No diet changes (I eat mostly vegetarian) or extra workouts unless specified in my updates (: Day1:✅ - felt really heavy and sluggish/tired which was weird but got through it Day2:✅ done! I also did a bit of walking/running before I showered this morning for around 2,500 steps before doing the workout. Day3: ✅ did the video two times! It felt a lot easier and didn’t really feel a burn so I did it a second time lol. Day4:✅ done! Walked for almost 2k steps before hand too Day5:✅ done! Day6:✅ done ! Day7:✅ done! Yaaaay one week! Will update what I’ve noticed for the week soon 1 week update: not seeing a huge difference but some slight definition is noticeable. @@AmalmiDul my tummy is already pretty flat, and I didn’t take any progress beginning photos unfortunately but I do believe my stomach appears flatter than it usually does! There are so days where it looks puffy and bulky from the sides like i feel it did before I did this workout but most days my stomach is flat. Hope this helps (:

Starting this today ie Jan 1st 2023. 🍀 Jan 1st ie Day 1 - I am happy that i was able to do it all but i got quite breathless during the first few exercises. I don't have my yoga mat rn so i feel like i couldn't do these to the best of my abilities. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow! (Weight: 56kg, 36 inches/91 cm belly circumference) 🍀 Day 2 - i did it in the morning and evening (only the second half of the video). I found the second plank exercise really difficult and was unable to do it for 30 seconds. Same for the last exercise. 🍀 Day 3 - I'm so proud of myself for doing all the exercises and holding for 40 secs each. I was able to do the second plank. My abdomen area hurt quite a bit during the first half which didn't happen the first two days. 🍀 Day 4 - today i focused on my breathing. I realised i wasn't breathing in and out as per the captions of the video. I was able to hold the plank for the specified time which I'm proud of, but the last exercise killed me again. Idk why I'm finding it difficult hmm. I also made sure to do some stretches after the workout. 🍀 Day 5 - i got my period and was in so much pain so i just did a couple of the exercises without really timing it :( 🍀 Day 6 and 7 - didn't do it today bc I'm in so much pain aaaa 🍀 Day 8 - done 🍀 Day 9 - was almost not going to do it but i got into a nasty argument with someone which motivated me to work out so, lol, day 9 done. 🍀 Day 10, 11, 12 - done 🍀 Day 13, day 14 - didn't do 🍀 Day 15 - almost didn't do it coz i was too sad, but i figured instead of crying i might as well work out so yay, done. lol. 🍀 Day 16 - didn't do it 🍀 Day 17 - bicycle crunches are still so hard 🍀 Day 18-21 - i hate the last exercise lol but yay i did it 🍀Day 22-23 - didn't 🍀 Day 24 - 26 did it wohoo 🍀 Day 27, 28- didn't do it (weekend) 🍀 Day 29,30, 31 - did it Results: so i didn't do it for almost 8 days buut i have lost 2 inches and my weight is the same! That's still a win for me! I'm going to continue through the month of Feb and document my final weight and circumference post that

i've been doing this workout 3times a week for a month now with a balanced diet. my nutritionist said I lost 300g of bellyfat (3cm circa around my waist) and my arms are a lot more toned. I'm in love with this workout!! ❤

Doing this as a teen ! Day 1: broke a sweat, i skipped a few exercises because my stomach is sore right now and im on my period lol, skipping saturday because sleepover! Day 2: had to skip, im tired and sore lol but i did the plank and did another belly exercise, you know its working when your tummy hurts
finally started working out (again for the nth time) today with this along with other of her workouts and planning to make this a personal check in as a motivation. im also not gonna keep track of my weight. i rly like this set, it's not too intense like others out there but still keep you sore and sweaty after. day 1: done!

Actually ive tried this exercise before and hell yeahh i was out of breath the first time doin it! But re-starting it today was alot easier since ive lost 2kg from iF for a week now. Doing this for a few weeks before I go on vacation! Day 1✅: very good! So much progress! Day 2✅: so much pain especially in my stomach! Day 3✅: I’m in even more pain 😭✋ but I’m actually starting to see results, my bloating has gone down! Day 4✅: less pain! And I’m seeing a different from day 1! Day 5✅: sweating more! And the workout is starting to be a little easier from day 1. (Favorite music helps push through!) Day 6✅: I’ve also been hitting the gym and now I can really tell a difference in my stomach!! So, I started this workout because I'm starting feel uncomfortable with my own body. Been doing this for 3 days. I will update this comment whenever I finished the workout. ✅ Day 1 : ho boi, fresh start, I somehow did it but my body starting feeling sore until tomorrow. ✅ Day 2 : did it again but I cannot do well at some movement because I just too confused, but yeah after workout my body still in pain, I cannot walk without feeling sore in my entire body 😅 ✅ Day 3 : I just finished it, I can finish majority of movement except one because still... It's confusing to me and kinda hurts too. I also doing other workout at evening before taking shower, I also haven't measure myself because I don't have stuff to do it but I remember my weight is 57kg which is kinda bad for me hdjsjsjs. My goal is below 53kg, hopefully 40kg. But you know what? I just want to get a flat belly, I don't mind how much weight that I will get later.

Gonna update everyday so I don't forget and I can get my summer body 😎 *I use other warm ups/workouts as well: -> A 5 minute full body warm up -> A 15 minute full body workout -> A 5 minute full body stretch after workout I also don't eat breakfast but I eat at midday (lunch), then I will only eat something light at night like popcorn or some cereal. I drink a lot of water too. Started workout: Monday 19th June Starting weight: 65.4kg Goal weight: 55kg Day 1: ✔️ I had to take some breaks because my body simply wouldn't comply but I managed to get through it all 🗿 Day 2: ✔️ It was very hard once again, but I didn't take as many breaks. Thought about giving up multiple times, but i need that summer body to fix my problems 💪 Day 3: ✔️ I almost didnt do the workout today because my body was just so painful. I ended up only doing this workout and not including my other ones. All in all, today was better and I took less breaks and was able to do exercises for longer. Day 7 ✅ - Done with a week 🎉 Day 8 ✅ - Did it. Day 9 ✅ - Did it, way easier than when I first started. Day 10 ❌- Didn’t work out because I was sick. Day 11 ❌ - Sorry, I got a cold. doing this for 28 days (hopefully, lol)! day 1: ✅didn't see no differences, but, didn't expect day 2: ✅OMG! I already see differences from day one!! day 3: ✅its getting hard, but still going! day 4: ✅ getting amazing results! day 5: ✅ haven’t seen many results.. maybe it’s because I’ve been doing a few excercises wrong Day 6: ✅ when I did day 5, I made sure to do the exercises correct. It worked and I’m seeing GREAT results again!! day 7: ✅yay!!! i did it for a week!! finally!! all the other exercises i do i cant stay consistent with, but this one i can!! ( week one is completed!! 1/4 weeks ✅) note: i seen a lot of comments only going up to 3 days!! please don't give up!! if i can do it you can to!! second note: i'm getting impaitent... the only time i get results is in the morning... i just realized that. but i'll still give this a chance just because people say this works. if not, i'll move onto a chloe ting workout week 2, day 1 (day 8): ✅ did it!!! i did not sweat at all!! woohoo!!! week 2, day 2 (day 9): ❌ i had a headache!!! i took a "nap" but eventually fell fully asleep. UGH!!! although since i fell asleep early, that meant i didn't eat for 12 hours which made the bloating stop! it's a win-win!! week 2, day 3 (day 10): ✅did two sets to fill in yesterdays absence!! i gave myself breaks in set 2 because it was tough and my bloating stopped ever since that "nap". btw, if your wondering when i fell alseep, i slept at 8:00-9:00 p.m. i woke up at 7:15 through monday-friday (today is friday for me), but on weekends i sleep in through 8:30 - 9:00 a.m!! week 2, day 4 (day 11): ✅did it!!! yay!!! i also recommend doing exercise 6 on a bed because it's way easier!!

Doing this exercise right now because we will be going to Siargao! Jan 7; Day 1: It was tiring. I wanted to stop in the middle but pushed through because maaaan, it’s just 10mins of my life. Jan 8; Day2: Sore stomach but I want that 11 in my core. 10mins and it’s over! Jan 9; Day3: So tired to do the exercise but did it anyways. My stomach hurts when I laugh, I guess it is because it is working. Hehe Jan 10; Day4: Not much sweat. Finally getting used to it ey? Doing this workout 3 times a day for 4 days and also going cycling everyday Weight-52 kg Height-5’6 Waist-70 cm or 27.5 in Day 1✅was kinda tiring but not very hard I was sweating at the end but wasn’t too intense i measured myself at the end I lost half an inch and lost 1 kg which is insanee Day 2✅was sore all over and it was easier than day 1 I felt stronger and was able to do all 3 times consecutively without waiting more than 5 mins or so before replaying the video I was sweating way more than yesterday but was so worth it and I feel way stronger Day 3✅I definitely have become stronger I was able to do it 3 times consecutively without getting tired overall except my legs started feeling a bit weaker after the last few exercises especially in the third round I didn’t bother checking my waist cause I was still kinda bloated from dinner I’ll check tmrw in the morning Day 4✅sorry I'm late I finished it yesterday but it was so late that I went to sleep and just came back from scl now so basically my stamina has def improved esp with simple exercises like these overall tho my waist reduced by like 2.5 inches in 4 days and my weight by 1kg these exercises will actually work if u do them consistently for around 2 to 3 weeks and I can already see the difference in 4 days tho I did it 3 times a day I def recommend this to anyone who wants to get a flat stomach ig doesn't do much for w8 unless u diet which I didn't do but does being a vegetarian count tho anyways I only did it for 4 days cause that's how long before scl was supposed to start. I did see results like less bloating ig. Overall it's basically a good way to build stamina and a yea build a slightly more toned physique. And this can be like incorporated as like a simple workout in a daily routine cause it's honestly a good way to atleast be fit and stay in shape

@@sullin22 Keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat so weight and BMI are not very efficient ways of measuring fitness unless straight up weight loss if your goal (also you cannot target fat loss if specific areas of the body but overall and it also has to do with genetics, which I mean individual fat distribution but this cones down to individuals YOU GOT THIS!!) so once you grow muscle and see results of loss in fat it doesn't always mean you'll weigh less, I personally ditched the scale a long time ago, hope this helps!!

Kesinlikle işe yarıyor. 23 şubatta başlamıştım, bu programı sabah ve akşam olmak üzere günde 2 defa tekrar ediyorum. Sadece 5 günde belim 2cm inceldi, ayrıca göbeğimden 5 cm kaybettim. Herhangi bir diyet uygulamıyorum, sadece her gün mutlaka en az 10 bardak su içiyorum. Ayrıca spordan sonra protein almaya çalışıyorum ki kaslarımda erime olmasın. Onun dışında günlük beslenmem her zamanki gibi. Aşırıya kaçmadan yiyorum tabii. Kilom da ise herhangi bir değişiklik yok (kilom boyuma göre ideal denilebilir). Sadece gram farkı var ve bildiğim kadarıyla bu iyi bir gelişme. Kastan değilde yağdan kaybettiğimi gösteriyor. Motivasyonunuzu kaybetmeyin ve en az 2 hafta devam edin. Sonuçlarına kesinlikle değecek.

Update: Hi guys it been a while since I updated! I am sharing the results I got my stomach got flatter and I lost a lot of weight. I stopped doing these workouts for a while because some stuff was happening so I was burned out and tried, but I am doing these exercises again and this time I’m doing it everyday with excitement! I will update in a few weeks or maybe in a month! Note:If you are doing this exercise your not alone don’t give up!

No hice una gran dieta, intenté comer mis tres comidas al día (con atracones de por medio, lo siento) y tomar mucha agua.
No solo me ayudó a bajar un poco de peso, si no que me ayudó a mejorar mi resistencia. Siento mi cuerpo más fuerte y firme. Estoy realmente feliz.

Day 1: It was hard, because I don’t have any mats. At some points I wanted to give up because my muscles felt so weak, but I had to push on and not give up. I was begging myself to stop, because I’m not a typically strong person, but it’s okay. Some parts were easier than others, which gave me the break I needed.
Day 2: Tiring, worse, horrible. But same as Day 1, I want to improve myself for the better. I felt really negative the whole day and the hard parts demolished me, but it's okay. I'll be back tomorrow and hopefully happy to continue. My stomach does have pain, so I assume it's working.
Day 3: I saw RESULTS already… I’m already okay, but sometimes I think I can do better than how I am right now and I’m willing to put myself to change for the better. I saw my reflection look unreal, I began looking like what I want to see, but despite having prominent results, that’s not stopping me. I have to maintain it, even if it still pains me. I have to overload anyways if I want to get stronger and better. I feel motivated by this and by the replies too. The pain stopped because I worked out, so those waste-like acids probably broke away (the only thing I remember from biology). I’ll push through the pain. It doesn’t hurt that bad I guess, it’ll be better the more I go.
Day 4: I actually felt myself being able to do this easier and I could follow along better. Maybe I just needed to get accustomed to the routine and workouts first. It was still harder at some points, but it wasn't as dreading as the previous day. I don't have much to journal today. I don't feel pessimistic nor ill, so that's good! The results are staying too, thankfully!
I didn’t update because I overall forgot too, but don’t worry, I’ve been keeping up with the days!
Day 5: My legs were still a bit shaky, but I’m overall continuing to keep up with this and I’m taking far less breaks compared to the first day. There’s nothing else to comment about this, but I feel more optimistic about continuing.
Day 6: I’ve felt an urge to continue as I’m just loving the results, I’m glad that this is actually helping. As days go by, this has been getting far easier and today I only took one break to catch my breath! Which is pretty good considering that I’m not that athletic and was dying on the first day, this means there’s definitely progress for me and I’m glad about that. For once, things are looking for the bright side, and these have gotten to the point where I can actually sort of relaxing even if I’m in the middle of the workout since I gotten used to it surprisingly fast.
Day 7: Same as the previous day, but absolutely better. I’m not gonna say much since it’s like Day 6, but it’s worth noting I took no breaks today and went to do it for a second time in a day. I never knew I was able to improve like this.
I haven’t edited this in God knows how long… *But all of these work so well*
For the first couple of days I only did another separate workout and still got amazing results, but after adding in another one I felt even better honestly
Stuff has got pretty tiring at points, but I swear to you I’ve been keeping up, I just haven’t been editing this comment 😭
*But like… I’m going to edit this again… Since it’s been 28 days and I have to restart this workout streak!!*

I started working out now because during the summer I will be busy, so I decided to start now. I am mostly doing these workouts because I want to lose belly fat not weight. I already did exercise 5 days ago before this one!!
Day 1: ✅ okay so, my stomach hurt when I was doing two of the exercises but time went so fast I did another 6 minute one 💀
Day 2:✅ I got my period today but I did it anyways! I was still a bit sore from yesterday, but I finished them today, it felt more difficult compared to yesterday but i finished!
Day 3: ✅ it was much harder today, but I got it done. A couple exercises hurt to do but I pushed through 😭
Day 4: ✅ I was so tired and was actually going to take a break today but I finished! I’m not sore anymore but the exercise are more tiring.

Day 1: had to pause a few times, but I made it. Really felt the burn.
Day 2: couldn’t do the workout because I went to the movies. I will do it twice tomorrow.
It been 1 week since I started One meal a day diet along with this exercise and I can already see some changes on my body especially on my belly, although I still have fats on my belly but it's more smaller than before and I believe after few more weeks, I can finally achieve flat belly and drastic weight loss.

Day (1): when I did the bicycle crunches I felt the burn in my abs.
Day (2): I woke up feeling so sore my bloating got a little better than before.
Day (3): the soreness was worst than yesterday but when I did the workout it felt so bad. I finished the whole workout and I feel so proud. my bloating is getting a little better.
Day (4) : it wasn’t hard at all nothing really changed ofc but for some reason when I did the plank I can feel a burn rather than that nothing else.
Day (5): same as day 4 but the plank was totally fine and I feel more energetic than before.
Take a cold ice shower after your workouts eat helps soothe your muscles so they won’t hurt the next day

• so i was doing this exercise with an elliptical machine workout and i organised my way of eating and drinking enough water and had enough sleep doing all of that made me have flat belly in less then 8days !! I kept consistent to this programme and made it as a habit it really made me look great and feel great as well

Updating every day I do this workout and hopefully a full 28 day streak (: No diet changes (I eat mostly vegetarian) or extra workouts unless specified in my updates (:
Day1:✅ - felt really heavy and sluggish/tired which was weird but got through it
Day2:✅ done! I also did a bit of walking/running before I showered this morning for around 2,500 steps before doing the workout.
Day3: ✅ did the video two times! It felt a lot easier and didn’t really feel a burn so I did it a second time lol.

@@AmalmiDul my tummy is already pretty flat, and I didn’t take any progress beginning photos unfortunately but I do believe my stomach appears flatter than it usually does! There are so days where it looks puffy and bulky from the sides like i feel it did before I did this workout but most days my stomach is flat. Hope this helps (:

Starting this today ie Jan 1st 2023.
🍀 Jan 1st ie Day 1 - I am happy that i was able to do it all but i got quite breathless during the first few exercises. I don't have my yoga mat rn so i feel like i couldn't do these to the best of my abilities. Hopefully I'll have it tomorrow!

🍀 Day 2 - i did it in the morning and evening (only the second half of the video). I found the second plank exercise really difficult and was unable to do it for 30 seconds. Same for the last exercise.
🍀 Day 3 - I'm so proud of myself for doing all the exercises and holding for 40 secs each. I was able to do the second plank. My abdomen area hurt quite a bit during the first half which didn't happen the first two days.
🍀 Day 4 - today i focused on my breathing. I realised i wasn't breathing in and out as per the captions of the video. I was able to hold the plank for the specified time which I'm proud of, but the last exercise killed me again. Idk why I'm finding it difficult hmm. I also made sure to do some stretches after the workout.
🍀 Day 5 - i got my period and was in so much pain so i just did a couple of the exercises without really timing it :(
🍀 Day 6 and 7 - didn't do it today bc I'm in so much pain aaaa

🍀 Day 9 - was almost not going to do it but i got into a nasty argument with someone which motivated me to work out so, lol, day 9 done.

Day 1 ✅ started this exercise routine. Finish all the workout but cut short of repetition for the reverse crunch . Actually ive tried this exercise before and hell yeahh i was out of breath the first time doin it! But re-starting it today was alot easier since ive lost 2kg from iF for a week now.

So, I started this workout because I'm starting feel uncomfortable with my own body. Been doing this for 3 days. I will update this comment whenever I finished the workout.
✅ Day 1 : ho boi, fresh start, I somehow did it but my body starting feeling sore until tomorrow.
✅ Day 2 : did it again but I cannot do well at some movement because I just too confused, but yeah after workout my body still in pain, I cannot walk without feeling sore in my entire body 😅
✅ Day 3 : I just finished it, I can finish majority of movement except one because still... It's confusing to me and kinda hurts too.
I also doing other workout at evening before taking shower, I also haven't measure myself because I don't have stuff to do it but I remember my weight is 57kg which is kinda bad for me hdjsjsjs.

16 Feb: I could feel the burn, didn’t complete the whole exercise because I did running right before this and was so tired.

18 Feb: woke up this morning and did this exercise, it felt a lot easier.

okay, i started this workout bc my stomach started to bulge after i wasn't care enough with exercise. so i'll be writing comments for reports over the next few days and weeks!

day 2: ✅OMG! I already see differences from day one!!
day 3: ✅its getting hard, but still going!

Day 6: ✅ when I did day 5, I made sure to do the exercises correct. It worked and I’m seeing GREAT results again!!

week 2, day 1 (day 8): ✅ did it!!! i did not sweat at all!! woohoo!!!
week 2, day 2 (day 9): ❌ i had a headache!!! i took a "nap" but eventually fell fully asleep. UGH!!! although since i fell asleep early, that meant i didn't eat for 12 hours which made the bloating stop! it's a win-win!!
week 2, day 3 (day 10): ✅did two sets to fill in yesterdays absence!! i gave myself breaks in set 2 because it was tough and my bloating stopped ever since that "nap". btw, if your wondering when i fell alseep, i slept at 8:00-9:00 p.m. i woke up at 7:15 through monday-friday (today is friday for me), but on weekends i sleep in through 8:30 - 9:00 a.m!!
week 2, day 4 (day 11): ✅did it!!! yay!!! i also recommend doing exercise 6 on a bed because it's way easier!!

Jan 7; Day 1: It was tiring. I wanted to stop in the middle but pushed through because maaaan, it’s just 10mins of my life.

Day 1✅was kinda tiring but not very hard I was sweating at the end but wasn’t too intense i measured myself at the end I lost half an inch and lost 1 kg which is insanee
Day 2✅was sore all over and it was easier than day 1 I felt stronger and was able to do all 3 times consecutively without waiting more than 5 mins or so before replaying the video I was sweating way more than yesterday but was so worth it and I feel way stronger
Day 3✅I definitely have become stronger I was able to do it 3 times consecutively without getting tired overall except my legs started feeling a bit weaker after the last few exercises especially in the third round I didn’t bother checking my waist cause I was still kinda bloated from dinner I’ll check tmrw in the morning
Day 4✅sorry I'm late I finished it yesterday but it was so late that I went to sleep and just came back from scl now so basically my stamina has def improved esp with simple exercises like these overall tho my waist reduced by like 2.5 inches in 4 days and my weight by 1kg these exercises will actually work if u do them consistently for around 2 to 3 weeks and I can already see the difference in 4 days tho I did it 3 times a day
I def recommend this to anyone who wants to get a flat stomach ig doesn't do much for w8 unless u diet which I didn't do but does being a vegetarian count tho anyways I only did it for 4 days cause that's how long before scl was supposed to start. I did see results like less bloating ig. Overall it's basically a good way to build stamina and a yea build a slightly more toned physique. And this can be like incorporated as like a simple workout in a daily routine cause it's honestly a good way to atleast be fit and stay in shape
