Hey Ryan and George just wanna say thankyou for the shoutout and reacting to this song. No matter how many times I listen to this song you guys broke it down so well that y'all caught things i never did. It made me respect y'all even more and appreciate the song a lot more too.....oh and I knew y'all would bang with that Kendrick verse btw! 👍🏽
Dope suggestion bro! Your ear for music is cleaannn! Salute!
Lost In Vegas yo guys 8)
Please do me a favor and listen to Buena Vista Social Club or anything by Ibrahim Ferrer, or Paco de Lucia.
I’m gettin hard core into latin jazz and Cuban stuff. It’s so dope. Do a reaction if you’d like 😎
His album is basically about him getting back focused because the label keep pressuring him to put out an album, because he was being sluggish and not doing much music because he started getting deep into drugs and hoes etc.
React to brent faiyaz stay down
Ya'll should listen to his other suggestion! Cozz- knock the hustle ft j cole is crazy!
Isaiah was addicted to Xanax after the release of civilian demo. It got so bad Top Dawg told him if he doesn't sober up he's gunna drop him from the label. He stopped making music during this time, that's why there was such a gap after cilvia demo. Maybe that explains Kendricks first couple lines, mentoring Isaiah Rashad.
how we explaining the gap now lmao
@@zacharychrapko1021 he explained it on ig live go check it out
@@capnflapjack5771 Yeah I saw it live
Zachary Chrapko wait I’m confused. What happened?
@@jaisontaliaferro1571 nothing wrong with him now. He's just out livin life and bein happy and thats why hes not super focused in on music lately. Hes had stuff done for a minute, but is just enjoying his time pre much
I’ve always thought that Kendrick’s verse on this song is one of the best rap verses I’ve ever heard... dude is nasty
nah
@@hornyconvictnah what boy
@@PrimeChigga can you read
It's such a dope verse, one of my favorite Kendrick features for sure
@@hornyconvictcan you explain?
I see Kendrick Lamar I click...simple
Afro Gamer simple man indeed
Afro Gamer facts
But this Zay time.... His verse is the embodiment of this song...

For real🤣
Y’all reacting to all the songs on my playlist lol
Same 😂
Yo deadass
Fr bro 😂
Love how George called out Kendricks presence on his features. This is actually something where i think this is where you can see that he is one of the best,if not the best. His presence on his features is insane, he makes the song so different. A very good example for that is his feature on Rhapsody-Power ft kendrick Lamar . The way he comes in on that just shows why he is so good.
Oh yeah, this album is great, underrated. And, this song is one of my favorite Kendrick verses. Also, I saw a comment about Lupe Fiasco's "Mural," which would be a great reaction, js.
You should most def do Mural!
That would be like a 30 minute video 😂😂
nice profile pic
The Sun's Tirade is definitely a classic. Top 10 hip-hop album of the decade (so far anyways.)
Blatant_Haxorus12 what's your favorite song on it?
Rope
The decade is over and i do still agree!
@@bakarineely4234tity and dolla, silkk da shocka the whole album is 🔥🏚️🔥🚒
One of the few channels that I can say fully deserve every piece of success that they are getting, great analysis, great content, and you guys have a genuine passion for the music and lyrics. It would be great if you could do more kendrick
Thank you bro! We appreciate that!
Lost In Vegas no problem!
“He is married to the beat”
So. Fucking. True.
Isaiah kills it when it comes to becoming one with the beat. And his selection is perfect. He knows exactly what type of beats to use.
Also, Oddisee -You Grew Up Video...I’m waiting fellas lol.
Joey Bada$$ - Hardknock
Ollie11 agreed , the message is amazing the third verse is some if joeys best work and that eery boom bap beat is 🔥🔥🔥
Ollie11 please
Ollie11 Definitely! Joey's best stuff is from 1999
hip hop poetic fax!!!
Third verse one of the best of all time
Mural- lupe fiasco please lyrical masterpiece in my opinion
Also congrats on 100k

Soulja Boy facts😂
PLEASE YES MURAL LUPE FIASCO
Soulja Boy I would still watch it just to see what they catch out of that shit
it’s not just your opinion fam Mural is one of the most lyrical songs ever facts! so many bars went over my head
Very good advice with using your voice as an instrument instead of letting the beat ride you. If you cut off the beat with Kendrick his flow itself has it's own beat so he doesn't even NEED it. A lot of rappers today, even the decent ones ride the beat so they ultimately don't stand out and fade away with the beat.
“Think of your voice as an instrument” that’s exactly what Kendrick sounds like. Like a guitarist shredding a solo, he shreds his verses with his flow. Great insight there.
React to cartoons and cereal by kendick lamar and gunplay
Jhevaughn Wynter THIS!! They have to 🔥🔥🔥
Top 10 Kendrick song
@@Ryan-hy6vo 5 for me
Power - Rapsody ft Kendrick Lamar & Lance Skiiiwalker

Yo King they gonna lose it tbh lol that song was so much for me I nearly fainted
These lyrics are deep as hell! So much power. This one might make my playlist.
I high key love randomly searching for old slaps like this and finding your reactions in the results 🙌🏽
You guys just put into words how I've felt about this song ever since Isaiah's album dropped last September. I listen to this album every day and Isaiah's "Heavenly Father" on his first album helped tf outta me when I was going through some shit. It would be awesome if you checked that one out!
Also, please do "Grief" by Earl Sweatshirt!!!! He punches the beat and has some deep lyricism
I feel you there man! was in a bad place and came across heavenly father and smile...swear it did something for me.Hope you're all good now bro.
Isaiah is so underrated in my opinion cause his flow and deliver are awesome.
"U" by Kendrick PLSSS
This is what I'm here for, I mess with this song so much, hope you both enjoy it as much as I do.
Oh yes. This track was what got me hooked on Rashad besides 4dasquad.
It made me real happy to see ya'll made a reaction on Isaiah cause he's like a real artist and he's underrated way too much,Its clear to see ya'll aint doing videos on mainstream shit like other youtube channels.Great Content

Jefferson Joseph his best verse and also one of the best ever
Mario TeeVee yea man I got u
One of my fav joey verses ever it’s just a simple beat that he kills
ZAYWOP Isaiah Rashad-Smile and EarthGang-So Many Feelings
I had heard Kendrick was a prodigy so I checked him out for the first time today, binging good kid, m.A.A.d. city and I must say he is a true poet and a virtuous lyricist. Even his small part of this song is incredibly deep and very intelligently phrased. It feels like an ancient wise man of god like Noah or Enoch is speaking any time he opens his mouth. I have unending respect for him not only as an artist but, as his music conveys, but as a person. He speaks about doing good for other people and watching what you do.
Heavenly father next
NeverForget that’s old but I get it
congrats on 100k guys, i feel proud haha, i remember back when you said hopefully we can work on youtube full time, and if you keep these reactions up you'll reach that goal. keep rockin guys
Kendrick Lamar - How Much a Dollar Cost is a great joint to react to if y'all are looking for some great conscious rap, unreal story
Evan Newbrough I second this one. The song brings tears to my eyes

The heart part 4 by Kendrick
Y’all have to react to Kendrick Lamar - how much a dollar cost
J that song is too freaking real
Zay is too dope and a hip hop head. He stays paying homage in all his songs, especially to them country rap tunes. Mix that Boosie with that boom bap.
Cilvia demo carried me through a hard time.
Also, a great live performance.
Rashad really hit my soul in the beginning.. Kendrick completed me.. Rashad carries my soul to see the full picture
Pleaseeeeee listen to pusha t ft kendrick lamar - nosetalgia straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Bobo 99 second this
Yeaaaah that is a good song there, the Kendrick verse on there...one of his best.
please
Yes..please
Song is classic
Y'all were on point with deciphering the lyrics, great job. What I really dig about this song (or better yet, the whole album) is that it's a representation of the true southern hip hop sound. Every time I listen to this joint, it reminds of Outkast or Eightball & MJG during the Suave House era. Kendrick used to be my favorite out of TDE but ever since Isaiah dropped Cilvia Demo and The Sun's Tirade, he's become my favorite out the TDE camp.
This channel is on some exponential growth type shit.
Always going to appreciate your reactions no matter the genre (do some more RnB tho)
Y'all already know, Sara the Germaness with finesse #Bars lol
LOL! Let me find out that Sara has bars 🤔 You've been holding out on us! Lol. Thank you Sara!

Alboforlife25 Hell Ya!! That's on my Playlist right now
The Sun's Tirade IS AMAZING I listened to it for months after it came out and I still listen to it now
If you liked this verse from Kendrick, you should check out Black Friday from Kendrick. Crazy lyricism and flowing. A classic Kendrick song!
I usually leave a lengthy comment, but before I even watch the video...THANK YOU so much for doing Isaiah Rashad! Unpopular opinion, but he is my favorite in TDE, and as with Ab Soul, he doesn't get the credit deserved. Thanks for the honesty, passion, and as always, great discussions. Have a wonderful and safe weekend! #freethinkers Background information -- Rashad was heavy into Xanax and other substances, and almost lost his deal with TDE over it. Kendrick told him he HAD to get sober or he had to go. And he battled his demons, and became sober. So how you seen Kendrick as the mentor on this track is so spot on, and why I respect you guys so much.
Oh, and he is from Tennessee if you didn't know. So the southern interpretation was spot on. He brings such a different style to TDE, and I think how him and Kendrick both use their vocals, outside of the lyrics, is masterful.
Y'all should check out Isaiah rashad Tity and dolla ft jay rock. The beat is smooth as hell and rock is a feature killer. Dope vid as always y'all ✊️
Los Chepes Yes^
I just started listening to this song last week so y'all read my mind with reacting to this one
Love how y'all break down the lyrics and try to figuer out the meaning behind the song. Keep it up.
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 thanks for this one! fav song from this album
Love the channel we Need to have a Kendri-thon lol
Somebody also asked for a ''Rashadathon'' lol.
Congratulations on 100K! You guys deserve it. Nowhere to go but up.
Thanks my man! We appreciate ya!
Earl Sweatshirt- Hive
Kamiyada- Damage is Critical
I discovered this album when you shared that 20 second clip of "AA" in the intro of a video. I fell in love from that little snippet of song. Never actually watched the rest of your video... fell down the Isaiah Rashad rabbit hole and haven't come out yet. I've been listening to The Sun's Tirade every day since. It's the most solid album I've heard in recent years. Love it. Thanks for the heads up on that. Great reaction too! I'd say that your interpretation is pretty accurate. Struggles with drugs, depression, and self-doubt seem to be major themes of the album.
Ayeeeeeeeeee keep up the grind much love
My boy Smoothie! Salute!
Mario TeeVee oh yea bro I got you
I was thinking the other day that it would be so dope if you guys did Isiah Rashad. Thanks and congrats on the big 100k👍🏼
Glad to see people love k• as much as i do. Hes underrated man.
finally a reaction channel that’s not just soundcloud rap lol. thank u for putting people on to the good shit
Yo I love this album! Also gotta say that I've just started following you guys and I like the way you break down the lyrics and give honest, consistent feedback.
If I could shoutout my favorite rappers currently......Kendrick Lamar, Isaiah Rashad, Lil Dicky, Anderson Paak, always B.I.G. always Jay Z, and always Outkast!!
100k! That's crazy but you guys definitely deserve it, I hope this continues to grow as rapidly as it has been. Congratulations George and Ryan!
congrats on 100K this was dope isaiah rashad did have a drug problem 2 and almost got kicked out of TDE{kendrick label} but real problem is yall not reacting to odissee
ODISSEE-Like Really;BelonG to the WorlD;own appeal;you grew up
lyrically dope as hell he's a real conscious rapper he speaks on some real shit he's like a harlem renaissance type of artist smooth cat
Y'all were spot on with the breakdown. Zay was stuck recording in Cali with new people and ended up developing a Xanax addiction. He was struggling with that, his new found fame, mixed with lack of huge stacks of money and perspective on where his place is, compared to his TDE counterparts, and it ended up pushing his album back for almost 2 years.
But he's so cryptic and enigmatic with his lyrics, almost like poetry, that you have to decipher them to really get where his head is at.
Great video guys. The assessment of the message was perfect, and I'm happy that yall caught it off the bat.
A lot of gems on this album as well!
AA, Tity n Dolla, 4r Da Squaw, Free Lunch, Park Rope//Rose Gold, Silkk da Shocka
Just a really chill album to vibe to. I recommend yall bump it in yalls free time. A good mix of old school and new school sounds.
Lupe Fiasco - Mural
You guys would love this. I'm thinking there's a pretty good chance you know it since you've referenced tetsuo & youth before
Yesss this is my shit!! I love y’all lol I love how y’all break songs down because some things flew over my head. Good stuff y’all good stuff ❤️✊🏾
Isaiah is a dope artist, his interviews are interesting and kind of help fill in that picture hes painting sometimes. Oh and the cover art is flames.
Keep killin the vids guys!
This channel is big. Just got involved and can't get enough. Big metal and hip hop fan. Love how you two don't just listen you acctually hear the music. This tune was big. Kendrick on point. Peace out.
