- This video looks at the brand new Diecast Masters Caterpillar D9T Track-Type Tractor and the 335F LCR Excavator in 1:50 scale. Both these models are brand new castings by DM, and both are top notch. The functionality of both is good, with a fair level of detail. The price point of the D9T may be slightly high for dozer models in this class, but both models achieve an excellent score of 10/10 on the Emporium Rating Matrix.
{NOTE} Upon further review, the blade on the 335 will sit flush with any surface, however you need to apply a lot of pressure on it.

Great review! As usual. D9t great lookin dozer, but too big for my collection, haha. 335 it's about time someone makes a zero tail swing excavator! But the blade is a turn off. So I got mixed feelings about them models. Haha I'm waiting for the 320f and the 323f those will be nice excavators!
Hey man! Thanks for watching! The blade on the 335 is, if I'm honest, a little unnecessary, but it is relatively easy to remove with the proper tools. Because I don't do much customizing with my models, I'm going to leave the blade on.
On the original release of pictures from the model show back in January have the CR on it.
