Dude, be safe use your handle, and guard and only remove when you have to. The triangles used for reenforcing are called gussets. I'm professional welder. Who also builds exercise equipment on the side. Thanks for sharing your videos it's cool you make your own stuff.

Thank you I've had some close calls myself over the years. I've built several power racks for other people, but haven't built my own yet so I wouldn't have much use for it. I did build myself a full stand alone dip station a long time ago. Thanks for the offer though.
