Going after people who cant afford to pay and ruining lives is not cool. The court doesnt care about the family just trying to make sure the mom has money isnt the right idea.
@@PureNationalism13 I think there are a lot of men who get alienated and have no proper idea on how to make themselves better. Giving someone an incentive to do it to them definitely isn't the answer.
Father here. Im the one with custody and the mom is the dead beat .. Not all fathers are horrid. My ex is over 10k behind. And the state has done zero to get her to pay.. reverse the rolls and id be in jail
@dapv144 well let see. I spent the first 5 years of our divorce paying off the 30k in debt she left me in fraudulant charges, but because i couldnt 100 percent prove it was her it was left to me. So 10k that she owes is worth it.. women would stop at no expense to ruin a dead beat dads life.. oh and lets not forget the multiple (proven false) charges she put against me tainting my good name
I support my 2 kids who don't live with me plus make sure they're fully cover health insurance wise for the past 5 years - the kids don't live with mom but her mother has full custody and my pay goes to her mom every month via garnishments - Am i still an amazing parent? - I also live 400 miles away and can't just jump in my car on the weekends that easily to see my kids.
@@om3ga85 do you call them regularly? Do you check to see how they are doing often? Do the kids have your phone number and feel comfortable calling you often? And yes I think you are amazing, I also hope you can answer yes to those questions, children need their parents
In the dawn of summer when I was in elementary school I was living with my grandparents at the time my mom got a promising job in another state and she was planning taking me and my siblings to her place but my Christian grandmother used this opportunity to used the child support money to buy herself a fancy car instead of trying to used to keep the house we was living in. She even tried to frame my mom for abandonedment. We ended living in the streets during that summer, eating low budget snacks, and constantly sleeping in the car at parking lot of a grocery store. Our family lives struggling income it's about as satisfying as rubbing your privates with sandpaper.

@colonybud I guess you have lived a flawless life and never made a mistake?? Some men are great pretenders, some are master maniputors, so only become dead beats out of spite when they can't get what they want.. there are many reason. And that applies to deadbeat moms as well
Does North Carolina have a bill against people assuming I'm mexican when I was born in North Carolina in 1975 and are provoking Mexican s and others from arbitrarily affecting me in another stare because of people s malicious intent to traffic adopted people through ministries in other states with possible ties to foreign women or pornography.

Parents who support their kids emotionally, educationally and financially are amazing people

If a father is such a deadbeat I think a law should be passed that after a certain amount of time that Mother can sign HIS rights away
