You CAN Do Pushups

I have a longer video on this, but I'm posting this for the Shorts Shelf. Plus some people like the bite-sized videos!
If you can't do a pushup, don't let it ruin your day!
Fitness is a journey, and we're all at different places.
Just find a pushup variation that you CAN do safely and competently, and work it until you're able to hit a goal of sets and reps!
Then you can move on to a harder variation.
Here's the progression:
Wall Pushups - 3 sets of 50
Incline Pushups - 3 sets of 40
Kneeling Pushups - 2 sets of 25
That's it! Let me know if you have any questions and I'll be happy to address them!
I'll make a follow-up to this on how to build up to one-arm pushups!
Thanks so much for watching!

Hey everyone! How can I help you and serve you? That's what I'm here to do!
I also want to thank all the new followers that have joined recently. I really, really appreciate the love and support you all show me and I'll do my best to earn it.
I'm trying to level up my production game for everyone right now, haha. I don't own a proper video camera yet. I've been using my smartphone and sometimes a DSLR.
Do you use the selfie camera while videoing? Or the regular position? If you don’t mind me asking.
Is there a chance u could do a video on clap pushups I really want to be able to get to them but I can only do regular pushups right now
The camera actually looks fine! Never noticed!
I'm interested in hearing more about excersises for strengthening joints. My joints have aways been the limiting factor on my ability to do workouts or sports.
Can you talk about nutrition? Like how to make nutrition easier for people who may not be able to afford to eat like they want to or should. Or alternatives for making common and possibly unhealthy meal a little healthier. I think for many (like myself) it can seem overwhelming trying to understand macros and whatnot.

I call them girl push ups and I have a good reason

@@justanotheridiot6188 I've been wanting to get into better shape but going to a gym is daunting because it's more of a meat market than a place to get healthy. I wish more trainers were like this man and your coach.
It depends. Some people derive motivation from being challenged. You may call it "shaming" but the reality is it more about challenging the person to push past their limits than anything approaching "shame". Typically this is a more competitive person.
It isn't effective with everyone, but if you are that kind of person than he would not be the best fit for a personal trainer.

That’s cause he’s not a “gym bro”. But he’s sm better.
I’m on Day 16 of '24 Summer Shred Program and this workout seemed unbelievably easy for me today! OMG, I can’t believe I could actually do the side plank taps so easily today, which i feared the most😭! The other days, I would be like ‘When will the timer go off😭?!’ but today, I didn’t even realise when the timer went off ’cause of how easy the exercises felt today! Thank you so much for making me this strong, Chloe! I love you so much!
If this guy says I can be the president, I'll be the president.
Update : still doing my college degree. Don't worry, on my way to serve you all.

I've never really been very into fitness but honestly this guy just has good vibes and makes me want to start working out
That's a huge compliment. Thank you so much. I hope I can help you however I can!
You should get into fitness, best decision I ever made
This is totally what I think and he DID encourage me to work out so much so that Im using his videos almost as a full guide lol
@@LS-qt9bo I agree
After being unmotivated, I came across this super chill dude, who has super great vibes-(as previously mentioned by @[zip])- he has motivated me to achieving my goals. Now slowly but surely (almost based completely on Hampton’s methods ) I am on my journey to greatness. Thank you so much Hampton, and keep up the great work
I love how friendly and positive this guy is.
why is bro so wholesome?
This guy is like the Bob Ross of fitness. He sound so kind and encouraging. 😊
You nailed that description.. that's exactly who he reminds me of with his chill attitude

“And no, I don’t call them girl push-ups.”
*I like this person*
Meanwhile most of my PE teachers called it for girl push-up
RIGHT!?!
Same
@Bald Gang it’s just annoying more than anything. you say “girl push ups” and a guy gets hella shamed for doing them. That’s just my deal with it. Dunno about everyone else tho. 💀💀
@Bald Gang this is so obviously a troll, just get out
This guy’s core is working overtime fr
This helped me a lot, went from 1 incorrect pushup to 15 correct ones
Why do I feel so... so.. talked to? How do I say this? I feel like a friend..
Me too
This is how it should feel with a personal trainer tbh
Me too
Maybe because the first thing he says in the video is “my friend”
@@TheGodofcookiez Also the fact that he wasn't flexing his pecs while saying it
This man has a really wholesome and kind aura to his person that's even noticeable from a video lol
He cares for his mom full time, definitely a kindhearted man 👨

Thanks to u i marked my first push-up today
You didn’t have to roast me by saying “ if you can’t do pushups, just like everything else in the world”💀
“And, no, I don’t call them ‘girl push-ups.’” You went from 0 to hero in my books instantly.
Same he is so wholesome🤧
Ikr..❤️ .. mine tooo
Same except he didn't even start at 0, the first 5 seconds were enough to gain my respect
@@ajasen You’re right, of course. But, back when I was a naive ignoramus, I didn’t know him, so, in my personal books, he was a zero. And then instantly a hero.
No he went from hero to superhero
Everyone loves this guy he gives off such warm fuzzy vibes, we need to honor people like him
Yupp he does.
You are helping me on my journey. Thank you. Thank you.
This helped so much and now my max went from 1 to 9 in about a month or 2!

@@---nobody--- I mean being nice to bad people is kinda weakness, but he's trying to say that this guy is nice as a strong one.
