    I love this video, my coach legit keeps telling me not to pull my shoulder cause it kills the throw and that is the first thing you mention 😅

    At 4.10 you mentioned something about coming this way vs coming around which has got me thinking that all my life I've been doing it wrong...🤔

      Delivery hip moves around and past the block hips delivery hip is ahead of the delivery shoulder to create big sling

    Approximately how much distance do you think this kills in the discus throw ?

      It’s massive and often overlooked. We had a kid just this season fist year thrower go from about 80 feet to 110 after he figured out how to really hold it correctly and release it. So 20 feet easy.

      @@aretethrowsnation I’ve been seeing this problem recently and went from 170 all the way to 150, I’m trying to fix it but don’t have a throwing coach. Thanks for the feedback!
