Ok, so the bike turned out awesome. Me being a VW guy I have to say the Vanagon in the video is absolutely baller. Can't wait to see both the Harlequin bike and car together.

Xpro x20 N023 in black is what I'm purchasing, besides doing everything necessary for such a purchase, I imagine taking off decals, leaving it black and then perhaps a wrap, something very eye catching, but I want to know if it's possible to stretch this scooter and putting that fat wheel and tire in the back ?
Anything is possible with a welder. You will have to get the fat wheel first then see about fitting it to the motor. Once you did that you’d remove the motor and line it up so the wheel is centered with the frame and then decide how far to stretch it. After that get some square stock and get to welding.

@10:45 does this help with initial start up and having to give the bike a little gas?
No that’s for mid range if you’re talking about the carb tuning. What helps with initial start up is a fuel check valve.

I do side work for customers outside of the shop. The shop doesn’t work on bikes but I do

Time I don’t have off the top of my head. Cost is about 5-6k in the build

Stock 150 so it’s doing around 62-65
My ATR 7 INCH FATTY SETUP IS SO FREAKING HEAVY ON THE LEFT SIDE PRETTY SCARY AS I DONT KNOW HOW IT WILL RIDE WITH THAT IMBALANCE
That’s how all gy6 swaps are. You will get used to it.
@Burnout Bobby my 13inch skinny setup is perfectly balanced so is it a wider wheel setups that feel like this
Yes it’s because the motor is offset for the wheel to be centered.

How much do you charge for a build
It all depends on the clients budget and what they are looking for. I don’t do set prices because every build is different. If you are interested you can message my Instagram and go over it more in detail.

You can do that or what I did with 100/60-12. Depends if you want low profile. 110/70-12 is not low profile
