I totally don’t agree with “truthfull travel reports” I was in the Gambia last March and are exited to come back again next year!

That is you not everyone. I lived there recently for over a year as a foreigner so know what I am talking about, not someone who has experienced a 2 week holiday there and thinks they know it all

I don’t say I know it all…it’s my experience I’m sharing. You are speaking in general terms that tourists don’t come back…

Beautiful hotel but in the wrong country. Walk out on to the beach and you will be followed and hassled by dirty bumsters. Walk out the front door to anywhere and the same will happen. Most tourists do not return to the Gambia or even leave before their holiday is finished. Gambians killing their own economy

Truthfultravelreport no one is going to buy your this comment you have to be fair to our hotel operators they're doing their best in this sector and the people are unique in terms of hospitality and most of people coming in the country are repeaters because they like country

@@chernoceesay490 So the hotel operators will escort their customers along the beach when they go for a walk and keep the bumsters away?Unless you are in the hotel grounds then you are not protected. I have had to help people get early flights back when I was living there due to them being fed up of the hassle, the stealing and scamming in Senegambia.Even Gambia experience will tell you that only 20 per cent will return to the Gambia. It is a cesspit of thieves, prostitutes and liars.

@@OUSMAFADERA After spending a year in Gambia I am just telling the truth about what the tourists should expect outside of the lovely hotels, nothing but harassment basically. Its your government and polices fault. They do very little to stop these bumsters. Why shouldn't I warn tourists that are about to spend thousands of pounds on a holiday. Its called being truthful, something the gambians know nothing about
