hope to have copic soon 🤗😍
Copics are REALLY expensive. But if your rich. Then buy it
Hah. I brought ‘em, even if I wasn’t rich. But… it mad me mega broke XD
@@lolziesart4599 ohuhu is same as copic but cheaper
@@mahmed2401 NOPE. I have both, and I can tell a CLEAR difference. Copic just gives more of a high-quality feel! I love both (ofc), but I do chose copic over ohuhu. (Even if I’d rather get rid of all my copics, than all my ohuhus. But that’s cuz I have a butt ton more ohuhus!)
@@lolziesart4599 that's just bcz copic is expensive🙂
if you ignore the fact that her microphone sounds like she is passing an electric current through a pretzel stick this has to be one of the most concise and generally understandable videos on the platform
lmao "passing an electric current through a pretzel stick" 😂
Underrated comment
Lmao
ThAtS a GirL?!

Simple explanation.
Start coloring light.
Work up with shadows to the drawing to make it darker.
Always have more than 1 layer.
👍❤👍❤
Thx 😊
❌Lack of planning is make bad drawing
✅Chose the colors you’ll use before and try them before putting them on the final piece
❌Making eyes with less detail
✅Give time to work on the eyes
❌ Over inking will make it smudge
✅ Allow one layer to dry before adding a second layer
❌Using one layer per surface
✅Use at least three colors to make it realistic (shading)
❌ Working in different areas at the same time
✅ Focus on one area at a time so you don’t forget any details
❌ Coloring in different direction❌
✅Focus coloring in one direction, color in the edge in one direction ✅
❌ Coloring the entire hair with a dark color
✅ Use a light color for hair and layer, leave a blank space for highlights
Thank you so much 👌😍💖
@@JhoanArt Thank you for this video, I am practicing using achohol markers and your tips have really helped improve my art. Thank you for making these videos, they are really helpful for beginner artist.
I really struggled everytime coloring my pictures. That was the thing that literally destroyed my pics. First, I taught "Man, its just these bad markers, maybe I should give up coloring or wait till I can get better markers." But then I saw your Video and I realized that´s not the markers is fault, I am the problem. Not the Materials makes the artwork, its actually the artist. Your Video gives me a lot of motivation to practice more, thank you for that :)
wow thank you so much, i really appreciate your comment, 🤗😍 just keep practicing justin and u will be good in coloring very soon 🤗
Prismacolor.....
lol this is exactly what i used to think.
Little tip for the baby artists: if you own any cheap or water based markers that dont have much variety you can just turn them into watercolor and adjust the color to your liking. 💚 amazing video btw
Exactly
same here
Out of context
But even not my type of music, it vibes perfectly with your art videos. Removes a good amount of art block and it helps. Going to get markers soon and these tips gives me a boost ahead. Thank you! (Plus a sub)
thank you so much Linda Mitchell
And when u do shading and highlights how do u figure out we’re to put the shade and we’re to put the light
yha how do you know?
Hi, hello as a fellow anime artist my advice is looking up on similar references and just studying where light comes and hits, how the shadows are made and etc. Or you can just decide where the light source is then try it on yourself on a mirror take notes (highlight on nose, dark on the eyes etc.) hope this helps!
she made a video about it
(for example we have the sun as the light source that is where the light comes from and shadow is supposed to be in the opposite side)
if you are confuse then look at the mirror, grab your phone open the flashlight and place it in different angles then you can use it as a reference)
Thank u guys so much
Depends. If you are using a reference image to colour, you can just copy the shading on that, or you can choose the point of light and begin to add the shading on the opposite side of the light. I suggest u try drawing 3D shapes and learning how to add shadows and hi lights with the smudge and the marker choices :D
This was super helpful, thank you so much! Today I was feeling like my shading with markers are terrible and I’m better of just doing sketches, but then I watched this video and I feel so much better now! New subscriber, this really made my day :)
You’re so talented btw!
Hey, I have one do's of colouring with alcohol markers. One should colour in circle motions, it will make the colour stand out and be smooth in the paper. 🌟❤
Your first art is better than my good one😂.
Even though I don’t draw anime this was satisfying. Nice job.
Very informative , keep doing more such tutorials, really appreciate it😊
thank you so much
Thank you!
I just got my markers not long ago and as soon as I saw this video I started to draw a reference colour sheet!
I was being lazy and putting it off and just seeing what colours where randomly.
I'm definitely going to be rewatching this video 😅
This helped me so much thank you
You are so freaking talented!!!! I wish I could afford to send you every color Copic makes 😸. I understand blending, and basic shading *concepts*, such as light source, cast light, etc, and I can sort of figure out where to shade based on existing lines, but in the clothing for example, I'm struggling with finding and making the wrinkles and folds that aren't drawn in, something which you are fascinatingly skilled at. Same with the faces and hair, I just don't know the rules and the techniques to find the places to add in depth and dimension by finding and Creating shapes and areas to highlight or darken. I know that comes from practice and a lot of work, but where would I go to find a starting point to learn these things? I'm new to working with alcohol markers and "coloring" in this art form. The results are just astounding, especially looking at your Do and Don't side by side. I'm amazed at how many colors you used to create her red coat, and how striking of a difference it made when you filled in the really dark, shaded areas. The effect is just gorgeous. I appreciate all of your tips and demonstrations, and I really enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for all of your help!
Incredibly beautiful.
This tutorial is the best for beginners like me❤️🔥
I have Copic markers, too! Your information will help me to draw realistic anime! Thank you very much! 👍👍👍

Wow u made a mind-blowing 🤯 colouring ❤️, I really found it helpful 😃👌👍☺️❤️
I have a question, when blending colors do you need to dry the base color before adding the next color?
Nice explained i literally understand what your saying
I love it 💕
Love ur content😃
hi, how do u make it blend when using light shade first then darker shade? i thought touch markers can only blend when we use dark color first then overlap it with lighter color?
your videos always excites me to draw and color more.
thank you so much
Thank you I will remember this next time I color anime!
Hello! Real quick questoin do you recomend or use a correction pen for eyes and other highlights ever? Btw i love your channel so mutch it is the best this like ever you have improved my art drastically especaly in the last month❤❤
Depends how thick it is because if its too thick it will just look weird but if its normal correction pen then should be fine for a a4 drawing
Great video
This helped alot!!!
