Hi Rusty, You are having or had and got exactly the same as me at the moment after doing some of what you have done, but not cured, so will carry on with the carb and fuel tap to see if it will cure the non run except on chock.🤔☺️
Great tips for me. Working on a very similar unit (with same carb), right now. Will only run with choke between half and full on. Voltage is about 15% over the normal120vac (on this side of the pond) or 137vac. Still looking for a good video for what seems an endless number of adjusting screws. Narragansett Bay
Same observation re number of adjusting screws and wonder if Rusty skull could advise on his method of final tuning adjustment of those or at minimum a starting point would be great. Was working on similar one today and while got running rough need to figure out best sequence of adjustment screws etc. Thanks.
They are notorius piece of ,hit, use welding torch jet cleaners, or check exhaust,take it off and make shure ain,t blocled ,burn exhaust, with blow lamp,

Good vid man. The hunting is because the the idle circuit is a bit blocked, an ultrasonic bath will sort it out.
What does the hole at 11:02 seconds do? Mine is leaking fuel from there.
