with a 3 fan radiator on sides, it's a v6.. i'd suggest putting 3 tubes each side exiting both left and right as exhaust headers.. then swap the 200mm fan in mid for a 120mm fan and put an 80mm over it (to act like a supercharger) or 2 80mm fans over it to act like a dual camshaft config
This needs to be made into a Back to the Future themed build. The resemblance to the DeLorean in the films is unmistakable. A reservoir in the middle of it is just asking to be made into a flux capacitor.
With tubes which forms the flux compensator , UV reactive coolant so you can "turn it on" and a small display which shows you the current stats. THAT would be looking really sick.
I'd really like to see you go all out on this with a V8 build... perhaps using real radiator hoses with white lettering, steel braided lines, flappers, wire screens over the fans similar to what you see on downdraft carbs etc.

Okay, so I am not the only one to look at it and go "It's a Delorean !" Then the engine vibe kicked in too. Only caveat, buttons underneath a spinning fan. Fingers into engine cooling fan blades flashbacks.
I'd love to see a battle damage build in that thing, it looks freaking sweet. I love your idea of putting a pump in the "basement" area, but I was also thinking that it would be a good place for an Aquaero fan controller.
The acrylic glas pannels would look awsome if they looked like solar cells, and the case would be spacecar themed, with metalic gray, black and neon yelow as color scemes. Then, as you said, have a pump down below, a acrylic water reservoir and pipes with slightly purple uv luminescent cooling water (purple being the complementary color of yelow), and some weak uv-a LED's to make the acrylic pipes more visible on the inside of the build.
I definitely see the v8 engine look and would loveee to see some headers coming off it with all kinds of soft black tubing running everywhere looking like coolant hoses
