My closet was less than 2 ft wide. My bed was smaller than twin. I appreciate you made the small bed room a decent size. God bless. The family who buys this home is lucky.
You'll be surprised about just how many people still use soaker tub. I watch HGTV all the time & that is one of the biggest request mostly from women that they must have a soaker tub, a lot of young women are into pampering themselves these days....🛀🛀🛀

I've been to several stores to purchase a new tub & every store that I went into every last sales rep. called the newer tubs today soaker tubs, even the tub in the secondary bathroom is considered a soaker tub it is just a shower/tub combo inside a soaker tub, period!!!
@@1LUVTVI thought the same thing and was going to put a new jacuzzi tub in my house, to replace my soaking tub for resale. But then I attempted to use one at a time share condo and yuck! I fired it up and bubbles with some hair and bathwater backwash came out as it circulates right through those jets....and that was the end of that idea, lol.

Another thing you might need to think of is if you move the mobile home over and brought another one in then you would have two mobile homes each on half acre lots for sale. That way you make as much as you can with that land that you have .

The butcherblock countertops are beautiful. The location looks lovely and those views are so beautiful. Awesome deck! It's such a great size. Setting it up would be so much fun. Having additional living spaces outdoors is a fantastic bonus. The property is huge and the owners have so many possibilities to explore with all that land. It is a gorgeous home with a fantastic large kitchen, two very beautiful bathrooms, amazing closet spaces, and really good size rooms throughout. Having a laundry room is a bonus too. Wow beautiful work except I would like white appliances. But did you sell it for $34,000? Cause here in on the peninsula of Washington our neighbors sold their fixer upper for $150,000 to 180,000 and a rented space and it’s not as nice as this place.
Seeing the framing is a little scary…the bottom of the trusses look like 2 x4’s. Or 2 x6’s….not too great in high winds…maybe you address this in the remodel. I’m at the very beginning of initial walk-thru before it was remodeled.
Nice home. But the black appliances stick out like a sore thumb. If you didn't want stainless (mixed metals are fine), white would have been better than the black. At least they would have blended in. OR you could have selected chrome hardware. Anything but the black.
Can you please by any chance tell me how to get a hold of the people you bought this trailer or house because it’s beautiful I am very interested in buying one of those and I think HUD would be able to help me with that problem. This house was put on the MLS but if you go to your local Manufactured home dealership and show them the video maybe they will have something similar. But you would have to do the finishes yourself or hire someone to do them to make it look the way this one does. Dealerships don’t do this level of customization. Hope this helps.

I love the foundation being complete concrete instead of just cinder blocks... I feel like that makes mobile homes look cheap is the cinder blocks with the lining...

Great job guys. Remember invisible fence. Keeps your dog in your yard. But he won’t be safe from other dogs coming in his yard. I HAVE THAT FENCE. IT’S GREAT AT KEEPING HIM IN HIS YARD. BUT HE WILL GET HURT PROTECTING HIS YARD FROM OTHER DOGS. ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME I LOVE IT.
I believe the master bath should have had a tub as well. We use our tub more than our shower. The home is beautiful though! Great fixtures and materials used.
I would want all the cabinetry in the kitchen the same color as the island or either a lite gray color to pull that gray from the backsplash out, I really do not like white cabinets in the kitchen. Also I would have put a different style sliding door to the primary ensuite, I do not like barn doors. Other than that I love, love, love the house! You all did an awesome job!!!

All manufactured homes are built to their states codes. Living in the mountains our code for wind is different from those who live on the coast.
