First of these printers in NJ? No labs are using them? They do way more dentures than individual dentists. Looks like a lot of work with a computer too.

Hi Chris, we were the first installation of this particular model in NJ. Of course plenty of labs are using 3-D printing technology. Having a 3-D printer of this caliber in our own office decreases cost to the patient and turn around time since we can eliminate the middle man to some extent. The system on the computer is actually very user friendly you'll find!

Who's the middle man in this equation ?

@@raulirimias4810 we are a dental office that mostly uses the printer for fast turnaround for implant surgical guides.

@@raulirimias4810 The dentist is trading one middle man, the dental lab, for another, the equipment manufacturer. I highly doubt it changes the prices that are charged to the patients. It may, however, put more money in the dentist's pocket. Of course only after they pay off the machines and the labor to operate them.

@@steveeb00 It decreases patient visits and increases the quality of the restoration delivered to the patient. The patient is saving time and money in the equation. If they lose their denture or anything else, the doctor can remake it without even seeing the patient until delivery!

Love the video, thank you for sharing your experience of installing this printer! I'm curious how you are liking it 8-9 months later? We just recently installed one in our laboratory and we are trying to find out as much information as we can from other owners. Are you still liking it? Are there any limitations you weren't aware of in the beginning? Anything you particularly don't like? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get some feedback as we start our own journey with this same printer. Thanks again for sharing this!

Hi James, We love the printer and will be making an update video soon. Mostly using it for implant surgical guides. Accurate. Fast too.

$899 for a resin tray you guys are out of control. A hobby level printer has the same nano meter of light and the build volume is much larger. All you need is the FDA resin and the proper wash station and especially the cure station. The printers in the dental are extremely over priced , your paying for the sensors in the printer so they can trouble shoot off site. YYYY not just employ a skilled resin printing TECH out of high school and save thousands of dollars on the printer, or just get a good understanding of how the printer works. You don't need to spend all this money on dental targeted market systems.

Could knock up a denture quicker with a rubber bucket and spoon 😂😂
