Sleep is very important! If possible fall asleep before 11pm and have 7-9hrs of sleep! I know it’s hard! But not having enough or quality sleep affects, at least for me, my brain power very much! Cheers :)
Okay, two major errors in the subtitles. In Zhin's case, the symptoms of colorectal cancer, -"hard sniffing issues" should be "if you feel like you have enlarged lymph nodes." In Fikah's case, "urinal" should be "urea."
i find it quite ironic that sew is afraid of needles when some of her piercings actually require a needle (ie. conch/cartilage/tragus)

Your spine can be compressed during the day. Height taken early in the morning after you first wake up will have a slight difference compared to height taken later in the day since your spine gets to relax and straighten while you lie down and sleep

Actually the best thing you can do is relax. You should only feel like an ant bite if the doctor or nurse know what they are doing. Sometimes you won't even feel anything. That's my many experiences. I once had an inexperienced nurse and it hurt like hell because she didn't know what she was doing, maybe new.
