I feel like bubble tea really evolved pass the unhealthy part. Bubble tea now days are all made with real tea and fruits. Often very quality tea and fruits. but that’s why they are expansive now.
Even with real tea and fruits, the sugar content is still relatively high which makes it unhealthy. (Sure, theres lower sugar lvls but how often will consumers actually opt for that).

Lol bro do u even know how much natural sugar are there in fruits? One of the most unhealthy drink you can drink is blended fruit juice because they contain and absurd amount of natural sugar. Moreover, bubble tea shops sells them WITH artificial sugar. It’s definitely still unhealthy

At Tea is the BEST, and their service is great, like in Taiwan, and their promotions is consumer-centric. I feel that my money is well-spent here as I can taste the quality. Chi Cha was good also but I skipped it after my fav drink went from $4.50 to $5.80 within a year or so. anyway good to not drink so much bbt for health reasons haha
new chow video idea:chow tries to make bbt drink taste the same as bbt stores drinks.
The plum is dry so its smaller when they fit it in. Then it plump up
I think there is a desperate need for not fancy bubble tea combinations, but nice and sustainable tumblers (stainless steel, not bpa!) that can fit a fat bubble tea straw but still closed properly and carried around without leaking. This is such a missed opportunity that would take off if bubble tea brands started making their own! As a bubble tea addict I NEED THIS! Please please make this happen! No more plastic cups and paper straws.
