    Thank You!!!!
I recently purchased my first online pattern. It started talking about short rounds! I had no idea, and while the written pattern was actually pretty good, it still eluded me. This was excellent clarification. Particularly showing how the yarn is bought over - that was not remotely what I had thought it meant. Appreciate the clear visuals.

This was very helpful. I am modifying the hem at back of a sweater to lengthen it. Your instructions cleared my uncertainty as to how to add the curved hem in the round. Thank you.

Do you turn 1 stitch before the double stitch??

you make the turns wherever you wish, distributing the short rows as you require (to add length - say, to part of your sweater hem, if you want the hem longer on part of its circumference
